The Fives Oceanfront - Puerto Morelos

Hotel employee were great. Hotel employee was the best server we had at a resort. Hotel employee went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Food was very good and a lot of choices

At the end of the beach where the other side was full of seagrass. The fishy smell was bad after a few minutes we got used to it

Nice quiet location. Clean area. Nice rooms.

Food quality was very lacking. Service was slow. For the price I would expect much better quality of food.

The rooms are nice and being at the beach is great. The pool is excellent if it is open. It¿s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to town for dinner options.

Their beach loungers need repair as the backs are broken on some. Poor response to phone requests. We had 3 issues and each took 3 phone calls to get resolved. Not acceptable. Rooftop pool was closed due to high winds.

The staff were all nice and if there was a problem they just smiled and solved it. Check in was easy.

I did not understand the concept of making those cabanas an extra cost.Also I did not know nor was I told I could reserve lounge chairs. We were put in room 415 which faces the Cancun side, and overlooks nothing but the sargassum dumpster. No bueno.

Too expensive for the services they offer. The phone to call front desk or room service never worked and the shower didn't work well. The food in the restaurants is not great but pricey, the music at the beach is constant and loud.

Hotel is beautiful. Great location and friendly staff. Pools are great. The spa is amazing and very relaxing.

Up most nights due to loud music and people partying outside of the room till 3-5am in the morning. The check in process is a little long. I was billed for more on beverages than I signed for. I was in a hurry to get to airport so just paid it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and relaxing.

There is nothing that I did not like, but it would be a nice bonus if the property had bicycles for use/rent.

The fives in Puerto Morales is right at the top. Accommodations were amazing. Beach was cleaned daily from seaweed. The only beach in our area that was doing that. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Mexico.

It¿s a smaller hotel on the beach. Lovely staff. Very clean and massive apartments with a stunning view. Exceeded expectations.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly, but not helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

A kitchen with no flatware, plates, glasses, or pans. A/C that will only maintain a temp less than 24C for 1 hour and no way to keep it set lower. Had to have both keys to our suite re-coded everyday that we were there. Short sheeted bed.

Beautiful small resort. Looks brand new. Nice beach.

The restaurant has very limited choices, and it has very slow service.

Everything. Sanitization, design, cleanliness, beauty, access to the beach and pools. It's really quite spectacular. In a great location as well. The internet was strong.

They took a long time to check people in and out - thirty minutes or more. Just took their own sweet time, even when folks were waiting long. Front desk calls from the room often went to voicemail though reception is 24 hours.

The hotel is so beautiful. Inside and out. From the rooms to the 2 pools areas. Excellent food too. The staff is very kind and patient. Loved staying there

EVERYTHING was fantastic

The location was great. It was nice to be a little away from the central hub-bub of town but it was an easy walk on the beach or along our nice street. Breakfasts were fantastic! Beautiful design elements!

This is probably seasonal, but the sea water was full of brown seaweed so not very inviting. Lovely beach, tho!
