The hotel was a touch of class for a reasonable price. It was a comfortable stay. We wish it were under more well-conceived circumstances.

The only thing we did not like was unrelated to the hotel but that because the reason we had to stay was divorced from logic, preventing us from enjoying the full amenities that the hotel had to offer. It was truly unfortunate.

The location, nice and friendly staff. Free internet.

Saw one small cockroach on the floor and small ants on the table.

The Richmonde Hotel Ortigas has been our go to staycation for many years. Its location is convenient and accessible, the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well maintained, I've come to enjoy its familiar, homey vibe.

The breakfast buffet choices are great, it would be good to taste-check the dishes before they are brought out, allow guests to season to taste (e.g. sweetness, saltiness). Everything else was as expected, superb.

Location was good and staff were amazing.

The property is super outdated. I understand that they want to keep the traditional look of the hotel but there is nothing wrong in updating the furniture with new ones especially the bed. It’s is no longer the standard hotel type beds. The room rate charge is also too high for the place. The carpet is terrible too.

overall it was okay — not bad at all. The rooms were smaller than I expected, and the facilities could use some improvement. On the positive side, the staff were nice and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant.

One downside was the kitchenette — the cutlery and kitchen materials were not complete compared to other hotels. There was no dishwashing soap or sponge provided, and when I asked for pots and other items, they were mostly unavailable.The hotel itself feels quite old and could benefit from modernization. While the staff were nice and accommodating, I would only consider coming back if the facilities were upgraded to match the standards of nearby hotels.

I was gonna upgrade to junior suite in the hope that I would get a 2 queen beds but to my dismay it’s the same beds that the regular room has. So there’s no point of paying extra.

It could have been better if the upgrade would offer 2 queen beds instead of twin beds. Room size is just a little bit bigger than the regular room for me the comfort of having a much bigger beds would make a difference

I like the location as I intend to be in the area for an occasion.

No cutlery available even if the room that I booked in has a kitchen. Have to look for spoon and fork to eat my "to go food".

Netflix on the TV. Breakfast is decent. The room is pretty, complete, and huge. The staff are great!

The elevator door feels scary. The bedroom air conditioner doesn't seem to work, we are using the living room air conditioner with an opened door to the bedroom, to make the bedroom a bit cold.

Receptionist named Chloe is not accomadating and not smiling, front staff from the buffet breakfast humiliate me and my son that we need to pay first before entering since I booked in full amount that ncludes breakfast for 2 I feel embarrassed.

Attentive and accommodating staff like Charles of F&B. Proximity to the malls

Excellent customer service. All the staff are very accommodating, polite and professional, especially the receptionist who assists as, if I'm not mistaken his name is CD. And also those in the buffet area. I love the customer service here that's why we keep on coming back here.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and professional, making check-in and day-to-day requests seamless. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. While the gym is on the smaller side, it is functional and well-equipped for a basic workout. One of the best features is the location—conveniently situated near key attractions and public transport. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

The heated pool was amazing. It’s been a month since our visit and we miss it. The breakfast buffet also had a lot of choices.

The hot water in our room did not work so we had to be transferred to another room, just when we had everything unpacked. So if you are staying here, check first if the hot water is working before unpacking all your stuff. They could also narrow down their A La Carte menu and make them real good.
