Fraser Suites Abuja

The breakfast was great. Variety was the spice and the staff are courteous.

I believe the value does not worth the high price. This is not to say the hotel does not meet the 4 star tag. It is very clean and serene which could be a good fit for diplomats and of course the Nigerian political class but comparing with similar hotel standard in the Europe and America, it’s a bit over priced.

Clean and modern.

No gathering place and no bar even without the sale of alcohol. There could be a place for other soft drinks and maybe music.Shower stalls could be better.

nice and clean..the staff was very kind and helpful.well recommended.great Gym ...very comfortable hotel

A nice and comfortable stay

No bed side switches to charge phones and others. No carpets or soft landscape within the room. Delayed room service. Ordered for milk and don’t get it in the duration of our stay. Staff came very late to pick up the dinner trolley from the room, instead of leaving it till the morning.

The property was clean and nice.. A few of the staff - particularly Hafsat were really nice.

There was an unfriendly vibe all through my stay. Staff were were not

I liked the hotel in general, beautiful and the ambience was really lovely. The smell was also heavenly.

It could have been abit cleaner, the showers didnt work properly and kept changing from hot to cold.

Location was great. Good facilities too. I really love the TV selections.

The breakfast buffet was not so great in selection.

The outdoor and the gym was amazing, very friendly staff and helpful.

Beautiful, safe and very comfortable place. Excellent services from the staff

Too expensive

Everything was so classy, clean and just great. Food was delicious, pool was so clean and warm, bed so comfy, gorgeous lobby, helpful and kind staff, my 3rd stay but never get used to how professional the people are and how classy the place is, it's indeed a place to go to when you want to spoil yourself.

Very friendly stuff that try to help you with everything, nice garden, good food at the pool restaurant, clean room

The bathroom shower in the room needs an update

Service the staff clean environment

One if my favourite channels on DSTV was not included

Location is very good, food is excellent, cleanliness is excellent

I think the cost should be less given it is in Nigeria

Good ambient

Price higher than locatiion and food

Their services was amazing and staffs was welcoming

The lights in the room wasn’t bright enough for pictures

The building and decor are impressive. When you enter Fraser Suites Abuja, you feel like you are someplace special

The hotel needs to invest more in maintenance. The room needed a facelift, my sheets were old/stained, I had to request new ones. The telephone had a large mildew stain. Also, I expected a much larger room, a suite, based on the what is shown on their website. Instead, the room was a typical size hotel room.

Very nice facilities, professional and helpful staff. Great service, good food. Nice outdoor patio.

I wish I had a tub in my room, there was only a shower.

Staff are excellent, very helpful. The room was very nice and the dining room and outside gazebo area lovely.

Would have liked a bathtub. Also, food was ok, not great.

Breakfast was fantastic, great variety of meal choices. Crop of great staff that strive to satisfy customers. Good team spirit among staff delivering world class standard.

One of the pot in the kitchenette did not work with the induction cooker. It was however changed to another that was compatible on request. This caused some delay in cooking.

It was my second time staying there but it felt like first time. Since Nov 2020, the quality did not reduce, in fact the opposite. The apartment really felt like home as I was with my family. Excellent in general.

Nothing really
