Nordic Villa

The Nordic villa provides a free ride to the Nordic hotel, where the food is excellent and they have the BEST gym

The breakfast service is slow. Menu options at the villa are few.

A lovely cozy hotel. It was quiet, clean and well-kept. The staff were fantastic. Welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. They were always willing to help with questions and queries. The food on site was delicious with a nice variety of local and international dishes.Can I give a special thank you to the front of house staff at reception, kitchen staff for the lovely meals and the two drivers who drove us around : Adegoke and Solomon. You all made our stay special.

The staff right from reception to kitchen were really helpful & offered exceptional service, the barman & the bell boys were very welcoming, i will be coming back for all my future visits

Having to remind housekeeping to refill my bathroom amenities did not feel right & i would still come back to an empty tray even after asking for a refill; other than this, everything else was exceptional

At times, service could be a bit slow. Breakfast is quite limited. It would be good if the hotel could provide brochures of venues that would be of interest to travelers/hotel guests - e.g., galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, theatres.

The front desk officers were so helpful, explaining what to expect and some of the basic knowledge for a wonderful stay. The kitchen staff were amazing, the prepared my breakfast just the way I wanted. The porters were kind and courteous and the driver Mr Thomas was too kind

Everything is well maintained and well conceptualised. It may be on the smaller side but you also have access to the swimming pool and restaurants at the hotel.

As I moved from a smaller room to a larger one (Aarhus), I knew that the lights were a little dim in my bathroom.

Disappointing

I was called and was told my room is not available. There is an issue here bcos I suspect my room was given to someone that was prepared to pay more. I made the conclusion as the receptionist quoted me a much higher price than booking.com for a lower standard room. She asked me to rebook via booking.com but when I went on booking.com no rooms were available. I booked into another room

The breakfast was well-prepared with variety of food. Wifi was very stable, dinner was lovely! The greenery of the environment was soothing.

Bathrooms are functional and clean but could use an upgrade.

I enjoyed my breakfast. I enjoyed my jollof rice and chicken but the portion was small.

I did not like the bathroom and the amenities in it. The toilet was quite disappointing. My husband and I did not get the usual hotel slippers. It felt like a low budget Nordic Hotel. The Spaghetti Bolognese I ordered was not nice. The plantain was really soggy. We were made to understand however, that this was an older Nordic hotel and that kind of explained it.

The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. TV had a lot of channel options to choose from. Breakfast was good.

I stayed at the Oslo room. There was a lot of noise in the morning around my window, which prevented me from sleeping in.
