The location was good and the staff were kind and professional

As a couple I thought the breakfast would be for two but it was provided for only one person.

The location was good, serene, environment and good staff, and the breakfast was great.

The property was clean and serene. Staff members and even the manager were polite and very helpful. The food was great and the hotel is nicely located and within great proximity to the Jabi lake mall.

They are currently reconstructing the bar/lounge premises but I believe that should be for a short time.

The hotel made so you can't see anything from the window no veiw at all I felt like a prisoner.I paid for 2 adults and one child, and breakfast was included by my genius level, but the administration said they would feed only 2 adults. What????In the shower, they have washing liquid soap, no shampoo, and no shower gel. It's not a 4-star hotel.There is no buffet for breakfast. It's an order with small choices, and you need to wait while they are cooking it slowly.The restaurant needs to be renovated it's old.Even from the hotel, I didn't feel welcome (talking about staff)

I liked the ambience, it was neat and tidy. The location was great as well.

I didn't like the fact that their restaurant closed at 10:00pm and their menu is very limited. Room service wasn't great, meal orders were mixed.

The hotel offers competitive room rates but only ideal for a good night sleep and nice shower. Furnishings and bathroom facilities though now fairly dated are of high quality.

The hotel needs to do more in the area of entertainment. Providing only one tea cup and a single use supply of tea/coffee is rather too miserly. Breakfast options are also too few.

Quite frankly I can't really think of anything. Yes the lady who checked me in was a bit cranky but then again it was quite late, so it was understandable. I saw her 2 days later while checking out in the morning and she was super cheerful. Oh yeah, the channels were very limited and not so clear.

The hotel is peaceful and neat. The staff are very courteous. It is one of the best place for a family trip in Abuja.My family and I absolutely love staying at this hotel. We have made it our go to place.

The size of the room is spacious and clean.

I did not understand stand that I needed to pay extra for a cup of filtered coffee.The breakfast is too way limited less choice.

the serenity, design and furnishings

The GM is warm, attentive and build relationship which make me to keep coming for years.

The internet connection is nonexistent, for over two years now, no internet in the property.Breakfast is below standard for a 70k room, it is a total waste of time and money. The outer lounge setting need upgrade .. some of the service girls in the outer lounge are rude,While the guest service agent at the time I checked out was very unfriendly .

Its proximity with everywhere.

The hotel does not have suite with a living room and bedroom, they marge 2 rooms together but don’t provide sofa’s that will make the living rooms looks like it’s a norma living room.

The staff were friendly and welcoming most especially Judith. Very lovely soul.

Not that i didn't like but TV can be upgraded to connect to Netflix.

I liked the staff, i thought they were pleasant and responsive to the issues I complained about such as the phone not working and the fact that I needed to check in early since my flight came in early.The best part of this hotel is the shower. Absolutely amazing.

Their food was pretty decent, I enjoyed the mashed potatoes but I didn't like their burger or the fries that came with it. How can you mess up fries?

The staff get a full 5 stars from me. very friendly, courteous, helpful and polite. The bathrooms are a very good size, well built and clean. if bathrooms are your number 1 decider to choose a hotel like me, then you have come to the right place.Great overall ambience. Superb.

It would be nice to have at least a center table in the suite set up. felt very empty in the living room.Also, the mosquitoes in the "sailors" lounge of the bar area must be coming straight from hell. They are vicious. Please drain the water below that platform or treat it against mosquitoes.

The experience i had when the Ac wasn’t working couldn’t sleep and the receptionist didn’t move me from the room despite my series of complain
