The ambience was cool and homely. The furniture were all topnotch. Attention to details all over. The place was super clean. It felt like home away from home.

I and my husband had a fantastic stay-comfortable, welcoming and truly a home away from home. After five nights, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite for the same cost, which made the experience more memorable. The staff were consistently pleasant, helpful, and made us genuinely feel welcome. Even the owner took time to ensure guests were happy, which added a warm, personal touch to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for hospitality that goes above and beyond.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, everything exceeded my expectations.

Aesthetics

I was told I couldn’t use my international credit card , which created a headache. The restaurant was closed for renovations and no food or drink was available on site. The beds are very hard

The team here was terrific; shout out to the manager, who offered my partner and me a room upgrade for our entire stay. Breakfast at the hotel was really good, and the hotel staff and management were very polite and professional. They made all arrangements seamless. The hotel had vehicles onsite for guest use at an additional cost. The location was perfect, as it was close to all major outlets in the FCT. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay

Nothing really to be honest

We did not have breakfast even though we paid as we had to leave the hotel very early to attend our church service.

We rejected the first room that was allocated to us because it was dark and we could not draw the curtains. The second room had a leaking toilet. I booked for 2 people in the room, but we were only given 1 bath towel and I had to ask for shampoo and soap.

The location is good! In Maitana area! Close to many restaurants and shops!

the bed was so hard it was impossible to sleep!There were no glasses, no water, no toilet paper in the room! It seemed that we were as if arrested in this place.There were problems with payment. Even though I paid on the spot in cash, the hotel blocked the amount on my card and I still don't know if they released it.At breakfast, the bread they offered us was moldy!

Djibril, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure my stay at Knightsbridge was faultless. To begin with, I had a free upgrade to a larger room. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and you can tell that the hotel is brand new. The furniture was a high standard and the satellite TV was available. Hot water was at good a pressure, and the hotel had independent power generation so you won't notice the daily power outage in Abuja. Special thanks to Shalom, who checked me in quite late and managed to find suya (local grilled meat). Police Station is literally across the street, so a great location in terms of security.

There is a kitchen that serves food round the clock but it lacks a restaurant and bar where you can bring colleagues to socialise. The Internet only worked in the reception though I am told a new network is being installed.
