Musada Luxury Hotels and Suites

Breakfast was great. Room clean. Staffs were courteous

No Exercise equipment or gym for exercise

Excellent customer service. Excellent food menu

It is closed to a highway and a construction sites, so it gets noisy sometimes

Great place

The receptionist lied to me that my reservation covers 2 breakfasts, only to be embarrassed to pay additional fee at the kitchen.

The breakfast was good and on Thursday morning, it was a buffet style setting. The menus choices are acceptable.

The shower needs some work for the bath water to drain properly. They did provide a towel to soak up the water. Also, the carpet on the floor is old and it should be removed. The carpet is not necessary since the room tile is decent. It’s an over kill.

one of the best options in Abuja!

clean, proper WIFI, restaurant available 24/24... but bring your coffee from home

We loved the place. The staff really went an extra mile. Lovely people and a very beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was poor.

The property is new and clean

The quality of the breakfast is poor with limited meal options.

Cleanliness

Door hinges are coming out, and the toilet door handle was bad. Breakfast was horrible. It was good in the past.

I like that the staff were very customer oriented and professional from check in to check out, including arranging transportation for my travel needs. Importantly, the room I stay was very clean, beddings extra comfortable, and I truly enjoyed my stay and felt safe.

very good communications coulthard talk using WhatsApp

Faxible, late checkout

Hotel decor was creative and the breakfast sumptuous

Location is a bit tight

Small scale, quiet, easy processes

Breakfast was kind of limited

I really appreciated that our room was upgraded to their Super Deluxe room (second highest in terms of pricing) because the Deluxe room we originally booked wasn’t available. The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished, making our stay quite pleasant.

Even though we selected the "breakfast included" option for 2 adults when booking, we were told at the hotel that only one guest would be entitled to breakfast. The hotel staff said this was because the discounted rate we paid (₦70,200 instead of the usual ₦90,000 for their cheapest room) wasn’t enough to cover breakfast for both guests. I found this disappointing and misleading, especially since we paid for breakfast for 2 adults during the booking process.

From the enqueries, the lady at the counter was quite polite and professional. I got a ride through them and it was seamless. Upon arrival, I met a team of cheerful, well attired professionals. I loved the ambience and my room was simply classy. I love everything about the hotel

My stay was short I would have loved to stay longer!

My 2nd time in this hotel. I recommend it to anyone! Breakfast was a buffet! Staff are friendly! Great location! DSTV in each room!

It was much better than I had expected. Clean room, lovely staff and nice ambience.

Please ensure that there is a signboard at the major road to aid discoverability.

Very clean, quiet, and beautiful place, with close proximity to central areas, you would book a Bolt and they'll be there in 2mins tops. The staff are very polite and always happy to assist. Will definitely be returning to Musada when next I and my girl are in Abuja!!

Doesn't have a microwave in the rooms and the fridges don't chill as much as they should.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was quite decent and the hotel staff were respectful and kind.

Breakfast ?

Breakfast can be a bit more creative.
