Very clean facilities.

The gym which look like it hasn’t been used for years, stinking odour.Very hard mattress, uncomfortable for a good night rest.

I forgot my wallet in hotel cap and they returned it to me which was good experience. Good for one or two days stay. Location is close to the central district of Abuja which is good for business trips

The breakfast and cleanness of cutlery tools like cups, spoons are not good. The lights in the room are not working well. I asked for water, one staff came to the room to check, he did not respect privacy of the room and he entered the room without my permission

Good security, bed is comfortable, breakfast lots of variety with healthy options

Can't fault the hotel, duly recommended.Also taxis on site.

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, a lot of soul and money has been invested in it. Room service works great, we absolutely did not want to leave the room. It was very comfortable and cozy.

When we arrived at the hotel, the reception could not find our booking. It took a lot of time. Breakfasts were not quite familiar to Europeans. Despite the fact that breakfast was included and paid for in the cost of our booking, at the entrance we were required to pay for one more person. Apparently, that's how they do it. But in general, everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality.

Bed super firm no give but nice. The place never has change availble in local currency so you can tip for good service. Had two diffrent staff take my money and didnt provide my change. I did report to managers before leaving to make them aware as it was the restaurant staff. Not the main Hotel! This place needs an ATM and also be able to take International payments on all shifts. Each room needs its own microwave to warm food. As there is a tray charge every time you need food heated as they wont let you carry your own Also needs an open laundry facility to allow you to wash your own personals and a room iron would be nice. Alot of things guest can do for themselves you pay additional charges for everything there which is ok but it would be nice to be able for you to do it yourself if you want. Last and final update your menu in the restaurant! If you dont carry it take it off and only list what you do carry. Thanks so much

The Hotel has a very good ambience and is centrally located within town. There were security checks in place giving you some assurance of safety. The bed and pillows were comfy. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

More attention is required in the kitchen as alot of the dishes in the dinning were barely or poorly washed as they had stains. We had to request for Bath robes and slippers severally before they were eventually delivered which should have come with the room. The pool also requires some attention.Note: There is no Sauna in the premises contrary to the facilities list on Booking.com

The breakfast was very disappointing, it did not have freshly cooked eggs. The hotel uses powdered egg whites

I enjoyed their morning breakfast very well as well as the gym.

I was disappointed with their lift system which broke down for two days and my room was at the top most floor.

The environment was serene, facility is cool, staffs are friendly, room is clean and the bed give comfort at least to a larger extent. Awesome

Breakfast was nice. They had a good spread. Location is also good.

The room was an apology for an executive business suite. The “living room” was a little larger than a cubicle carved out of the bedroom with a wall. The bedroom had no privacy from the miniature living room. The picture are a far cry from reality. The restroom had a leak which I complained about, but nothing was done. The living room lights were dim like sleeping lights. We had to use flash lights from the phone to see things or read. I complained, and I got nothing but an apology. Around 9pm a hotel porter tried to get into the room with such force that he broke the security door chain. We thought we were under attack. Although he apologized saying he used his security key for the wrong room and maintenance come and fix the damaged security chain, we expected some form of apology from hotel management which didn’t happen.

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

Lightning of the room was a bit dull. Could have done with a bit of better light. The shower room had no blinds and water was seeping from bathroom to bedroom

The friendly and helpful staff. Further, I was particularly pleased with the security measures at the gate and entrance of the hotel.

The only downside was the poor internet connection; I couldn't carryout my office tasks because the connection was not stable.

Generally good value for money in a city with more expensive hotels. Convenient location.

I had stomach problems after having dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The dining area is very limited - just two large tables in a small room. There were ants in my bed, not sure why as otherwise things looked clean. The blue fluorescent lights in the ceiling of my room were not appreciated as could not be turned off without turning off the general lighting.
