Staff was friendly

I simply couldn’t work with the WiFi from the hotel. Cupboard was broken in the room, I didn’t even have a chair in my room..

All the staff was kind.The rest could not have been worse.

Where to start... Rubber pancakes for breakfast. In fact all the prepared food at breakfast was just disgusting. Tiny bottle of water for 4 people. When I asked for more water they wanted to charge me extra on top of the 260 euro I paid for the night. The swimming pool was under construction. There was a pube in the bathtub. Overpriced and so not worth it

The executive room is fine and the staff is kind.

The standard room is a disaster. Very worn out and old. Needs massive renovation.

Mattress was lovely the pillows were not nice - the build in furniture is old and not nice to look at the bathroom is very old and needs to be replaced

The staff were friendly Avignon is excellent, the local restaurants were very good and welcoming

Staff, food, location

The hotel was very difficult to find. There was no signage not even a sign saying HOTEL, Iand even on the electric gate the English instrutions were inadequate, there being no answer when telephoning the number below the English instrutions !Also not enough electric outlets in the room, 44, and the ones there were in the most inconvenient places, like at high level or floor level.

Food and restaurant was good.Rooms standard budget room in need of a little attention.It was ok I would say if you need the airport it woukd be excellent.If I was in the area again I would try another hotel.Not sure where they got the room sized up either seemed very small to me

They charged me for meals and drinks I didn’t have To date, they still did not reimburse me for those charges. Very bad.

The room was well maintained and breakfast is ok

1- the hotel tried to scam me for 680 euros already payed. They didn't even try to apologies or male it up for me2- the AC in my room was not working, when I complained they fixed it for a couple of hours than it did not work again. I am almost certain they stop it on purpose3- I booked a room with terrace to be able to smoke freely, the terrace walla full of spiders and spider webs, I asked it to be cleaned, the receptionest told me it is summer.

Positive staff even with a 1 am arrival. The view across the park and the pool location with buffet breakfast. All amazing

*** THE FOOD *** Our evening meals were generally very tasty. It was clear the chef prepared the food with good quality ingredients, each of the 3 courses was presented beautifully. *** THE ROOM *** Our room was a Deluxe Queen Room – in one of the separate single storey annexes. The bed was a huge 2 metre square and very comfortable. The room style was “modern business” – with fitted desk and dressing table. The bathroom was a good size, with bath and shower over - good pressure and lots of hot water; large wash-basin and WC. TV had a selection of French channels. There was adequate hanging and storage space. A large keycode safe was provided (free of charge). Air-con was quiet and very effective. The room was serviced well daily.*** THE STAFF *** We found all the staff (front desk, restaurant) to be very friendly and helpful, and interested in chatting with us. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel.*** THE LOCATION *** Very convenient for Avignon, and the the wider Provence area.

Not enough variety in the dinner menu.The external areas are in need of some updating, and generally will benefit from regular care and attention.

Missing the fridge into the room

The room was on the ground floor and access was easy. Nice little outdoor area to enjoy.Great comfortable bed.

Smokers in the courtyard. Location a little odd next to airport.

Very convenient to the city. I would advise taking the bus, which is very cheap and easy access to the City.
