All services were great

Staff were pleasant, friendly, helpful and accommodating.Dinner was very good and tasty. Had enough variety, although would have liked more variety with sweets.Breakfast was good , but limited in choice. Not enough of continental type for those not able to eat very spicy food.

Food quality isn't good. Room linen wasn't clean.

The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms clean although small. Towels clean and white too. Aircon good. The staff are the highlight - courteous, extremely helpful and quick to respond. Restaurant staff took good care as well.

I had booked a deluxe room and got a good size room but unfortunately there was nothing to place my luggage on... while the ordinary rooms had a good luggage rack. Rooms are clean but the common areas are not immaculately clean....high footfall in this hotel means that the management needs to look into more specialized cleaning systems. Also due to volume of guests frequenting this hotel plates and juice bottles in the restaurant have been well used....wear and tear - time for replacement. For the costs they charge which is one of the highest in Rameswaram....they would do well to reinvest some of it in maintaining the premises.

The food of the restaurant was very good and very much value for money. But the actual rooms are nowhere near to the pics shown on sites. Keeping in view the rooms offered the property is overvalued by around 40%.

The manager and receptionist are honest and give a good impression.

This room humidity was high, and very noisy by outside music at midnight.It would be nice to have options other than Indian food.

Pricey for the quality of room and amenities, food was not good.

The room was clean and so were the washrooms. The staff doesn’t understand English or Hindi but tried to help.

The food is just ordinary and the restaurant staff keeps making rounds of the kitchen to fulfil anything you order, even in the buffet, but there is always a crisis. Nothing seems to be adequate amounts.

Better improvement for food items. Just basics were served. No special items from South. Everything catered to north Indian likes.

Eventhough we paid Rs 6500 for 4 persons to stay for a night, we were denied complementary breakfast. That was a great disappointment. we were charged as not in the menu card Rs 200/ person, but they charged Rs 250 per person.Check in was also delayed . One room key was handed over to us after a huge delay.

Check in delay could be avoided.Breakfast tariff should be collected as in the menu card.Complement breakfast should be given to all the guests without any excuse. These are all very minute discomforts I have faced during my stay.I appreciate the efforts and skill of peoples who are working in the reception and dining.

i was very disappointed after i was being charged 200 per head for the breakfast . when i booked it using booking.com it was mentioned as breakfast is included but later i was denied and charged extra.

Lot of things, no basic grooming of staff, lack of water heating facilities, asking for anything, use to take huge time. Lack of sensitivity, care and understanding the needs of customer.

The saty was great. The room was nice and clean. The ambience was great.

For the price being charged at the restaurant, more options would have been nice at the buffet.

Nothing as we stepped in room the stink was so hard when notified the staff was told its the air freshener.

The property needs a serious renovation close to fish market rotten fish smell while going and coming to hotel killed us. I had 4 rooms booked all had that wet mold stink coming 1 bathroom didn’t had a exhaust no windows rotten wooden doors in bathroom water leaking from Air condition in 1 room Restaurant expensive as a 5 star room service many more cant write all.

location is great - off main road so not lots of traffic. Hotel done to decent standard, staff very friendly and kind. Room great size,comfy bed, and good shower - staff were charming! very friendly and warm

Annoying you can’t charge things when leave room as key card turn a off switches too. Also buffet dinner should start at 1930 if advertised for that time-not 2010! that’s very late
