From broken locks to clogged drains to limited breakfast options to non working phones and TVs to broken down generators during power cuts to delay in check-in over issues with Booking.com, our stay was most uncomfortable.

Excellent food, although only vegetarian. Powerful air-conditioning and ventilating system. Prompt service. I had gone with bit of a trepidation since someone else before me had written poor service, but I found the services excellent. Breakfast spread is as good as you will get in south Indian hotels with special care for the North Indians too.

Front desk staff checked me in no time after verification of the ID's.. In-house restaurant food were all vegetarian and food was OK.

Good option. Not the best for the price”Decent rooms and good food. Can do much better on furniture and bathroom cleanliness. Also, STOP CHARGING PEOPLE FOR BOTTLED WATER. Giving only 1 litre of water for 2 people in 24 hours is not expected. Charging 5k INR per night, people expect better.

It was spacious, however washrooms are not of high quality.

Wash rooms & Toiletries, towels were not in good condition.

The breakfast menu is fixed on all 3 days. It had a good variety like idli, vada, puri, macaroni etc.

The food was too spicy for my son. The hotel was jut rooms. No other facilities was there.

We had booked a Deluxe Twin Room for us for a night stay, and we are pleased that we came to this hotel . It exceeded our expectations in terms of room size , comfort , cleanliness, and staff politeness with professionalism. Their staff, mainly Gautam , Bharat, and Shakti, were very courteous. They looked after the car driver as well. We shall definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Restaurant food options were limited, but available options that we tried were very tasty. They infact offered hot food items from the kitchen to my wife when she insisted/ requested to get hot servings instead of a bit cold served items. Zinger tea was not to be missed ever.

Hygiene is an issue. Dirty towels, bed sheets. Resturant has filthy utensils. Money has been spent on lobby but maintenance is poor. They cut corners in soap, towels and minor stuff.

On a positive note, I suspect that during off-peak seasons, the à la carte menu might be available, which could offer better value for money.

Nicely appointed. Close to the bus station. Kind staff

At this level, maybe a hand towel or two might be good. The restaurant restrooms are not up to standard. No soap and nothing to dry hands.

Restaurant services Not at all satisfactory. Most of the time they didn't had things which are listed.Service is also very - very poor and late.variety is Just OK.

Service need to be improved. Response at front desk was not friendly.

Only location, it is 10 mins away from local mkt and main Mandir.

Following points : :1. Bad Service.2. Bad Breakfast.3. It' not a 6.5k hotel, max 3.5 day.Very much disappointed and rating by Booking.com is completely misleading customers.

It was on the main road to the temple.

The staff needs proper training. The tourist place requires attitude for gratitude. Friendly smile. Helping hand. Probing questions about stay etc.

Great location, clean rooms and toilets

We had asked for Jain food and the breakfast was terrible. There was another family with about 25 members who were very noisy in the dining area, corridors and bedrooms. I wish the staff intervened and asked them to maintain some silence. Kids were running and screaming in the corridor even at midnight.

Very bad & unprofessional staff and service, bathrooms were dirty, there were houseflies & mosquitoes in the room. It was worst experience ever, a/c was not working good, there was mold in bathroom.

Property location is good and room size was good.

Breakfast was below average. Family room should have additional bathroom.
