No hot water facility in time .food facilities also not comfortable..they didn't have it in time..they provide double television but not working ..
Lovely helpful staff, property is quite new and still being completed.. but it was wonderfully comfortable - it was hard to find but actually in a convenient location.. delicious complimentary breakfast provided.. highly recommend!
The politeness and hospitality of the staff here... and the size of the room....
Bed size of the king size rooms should have been bigger as proportionate to the room size.
Very clean and comfortable rooms, good location
We booked breakfast, staff told us at check-in that he would bring breakfast to our room the next morning. There was no breakfast the next morning. Another member of staff then told us that there was no breakfast option at all and that the other guy simply didn't know... Very disappointing!
