FabHotel Prime Nestlay Rooms Ramnad

Booking for this property is handled by fab hotels and they messed it up royally. They overbooked the hotel room and we were stranded without a room standing in the middle of the road with a six months old baby. They overbooked the rooms and when i called customer care, they listened and disconnected the call and just cancelled the booking. Pathetic service and customer service, never book any rooms handled by Fab Hotels.

Bathrooms shd be cleaner. Breakfast should be served early and there weren’t much options. Tea wasnt hot

Breakfast was served only at 8am

All good. Only for not staying collecting money is 420 styles. even team is transferring number and no one attend.

ROOM SERVICE

very good hotel in a small city. air conditioning is excellent.

movie theatre is attached to hotel. all VFX sounds are heard till late night which may affect sleep.breakfast spread is not elaborate - only idli and dosai. no butter for bread. coffee not uniform - sometimes strong - sometimes mild.

Poor

The hotel cancelled my booking without calling me forcing me pay so much more for my stay in rameswaram.

Courteous staff, cleanliness, rooms....

A restaurant is missing. Can be a good addition to the facility.

Only room size

Too much noise in the room as the room just below some movie theater. When we asked the reason of noise no one in hotel from where noise is coming. When we asked numerous times, they changed room. Assigning other room also took long time. And staff was very lazy in response. Cleanliness is also below average.

Neat,clean and helpful staff

The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. the breakfast was nice and i would surely choose it again next time.

Staff behaviour and clean rooms

The morning buffet. Should have good choices

Very helpfull kind staff good service super nice hotel on excellent hospitality The staf very good especially the reception staff who were very friendly

Rooms very cleen The rooms was excellent lots of spaceNestlay rooms very nice hotel

The hotel was built to be a very good one. The beds are of good quality and the AC works. Don't expect beyond that. The staff is not unfriendly but is generally a disinterested observer. They will help if you ask but I guess they wont go out of the way to please you.

The upkeep is atrocious. The bathrooms were poorly maintained although the taps worked, and hot water was available 24/7. They need to employ some professional cleaning staff. They cleaned the room while we were away and left the door open without closing the lock. When we complained, they claimed the staff was about to finish though there was no cleaning staff in sight on that floor. Nothing was missing though. Sadly, the dust layers on the tables and chairs were a real put off. The room windows had no view and opened into a dark. empty passage.

Good facility ! The staffs are good too. The breakfast arrangement is very ordinary, even cutleries are not cleaned.

Dirty cutlery, all cups, glasses at the breakfast table. No hand wash in the washroom.

Cleanliness and location

No staff availableNo room service.no restaurantBreakfast was not good

The best residential hotel in Ramanathapuram

Heavy weight doors& cupboards not easy to handle.

It's a new hotel. Everything is clean and new. The rooms are spacious with quite a big balcony. It was a very comfortable stay. Not many such options available in the area.

Nothing much. Stayed for a night. The place was quite comfortable.
