Air conditioning did not work well and it¿s stuffy and hot throughout the hotel and lobby. Nothing much around the area to dine.

Location to airport - 10 minutes! One way free shuttle service which is appreciated! The room was lovely, bedding very comfortable and the bathroom spacious with great soaps, shampoo etc. The restaurant had a nice choice of buffet or a la carte. The dishes from an a la carte very tasty. Would have liked to spend another night or two just to enjoy the room and area surrounding.

Room was nice and proximity to the airport

In the middle of the night, the power in our room suddenly went off and the TV and emergency lights turned on. The bright emergency lighting severely disturbed our sleep, especially for our child. After the power was restored, the air-conditioning in the room stopped working. It became a nightmare for us to deal with this in the middle of the night, waiting for a technician and trying to get the air-conditioning fixed when we should have been resting for our early flight.These disruptions completely ruined our sleep and defeated the primary purpose of booking your hotel near the airport. We are extremely disappointed with this experience, particularly given your hotel’s reputation and the premium we paid for a comfortable and restful stay.

Upon early arrival, was able to utilize the business room, thus does not feel unwelcome.The rooms were nicely spaced outThe front desk staff that attended to us were very polite.

It would be great if they have sheltered parking.Not much amenities around the vicinity.

Our bathroom flooded from the bath and shower's poor drainage. No alcohol was served on the premises.

No towels. I assumed there would be towels for a shower in the morning. Nothing. Had to use a small hand towel. Time constraints never allowed me to call the reception as had a shuttle to catch.

The beds are very comfortable

Only two small towels, and we had to wait 1.5 hours before the in room dining food arrived (fried rice and drinks).

Place is clean and spacious. The lighting is very good along the corridors. The staff at the reception are super helpful.The lobby is huge and inviting that you could sit down to admire the architecture of this building.The room is clean and spacious, water pressure is great and you get all the expected amenities. Sound proofing is excellent as you can't hear any noise from outside.The buffet restaurant has plenty of choice and is very good quality and value especially if you are a senior.There's a shuttle bus you can book at reception should you need to fly off from KLIA. It's about 10-15 minutes drive.

There's is a mosque nearby blasting Quaran readings and prayers through loud speakers, we were worried it would affect our sleep, but it didn't as the sound proofing is excellent.This place is quite isolated and will require you to take a Grab to explore the neighbouring towns. But if you are after a good rest before a flight, this is a good place.

Modern hotel with updated room decor. Reasonably close to KLIA for early morning flight. Shuttle easy to book and left on time. Complementary chocolate bar!!!

Hair dryer in room didn't work. Called for a replacement which was quickly dispatched yet even that one sounded like it was on its last legs.

The room met our expectations. It was a good size for us and had free water and hot drinks. Breakfast options were good and had a nice variety.

The windows outside of the room in the hallway looked "abandoned" and not maintained. same with the elevators and the shared space. Was really dissapointing to see the building is not properly maintained.
