Hotel in worse condition

Location was near to klia 2 and also near to restaurant and shops.This is our 2nd time staying here because of this two reason.

First the parking always full.rainy time will be very difficult to park and night time after long hours drive to the place and parking not available.The room - bathroom door no lock.- no proper wardrobe for hang out clothes - 1 hanger for hang out clothes and it also broken- room should hv nice odour - lobby kind of bad smell - bed hv hairs n unpleasant smellHope management will improve this hotel for better support for guest

Very dusty, you can’t use the bathroom very dusty, and there is bad smell also and lizard everywhere

Nothing. The key was put inside a nasty pouch. There was no elevator. The room had a terrible smell. The bathroom has white stains on the door. There was a used soap in the shower with hair. The wallpapers were torn. The lock on the door was broken. The towels were dirty. The controls on TV set looks like it was shoved off the table. The seat cushions were dirty. The floor was greasy. The airconditioning unit was barely cooling the room. The light was dim. IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT WAS POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE.

Absolutely nothing. Upon arrival, we began booking for another place and left not even thirty minutes later. It was so horrible.

Everything. They are lying about everything. Booking should take down this hotel from your platform. The hygiene is so bad. The foreigner keep on coming in and out from one room to another room. Just like they are staying there too and do not do the housekeeping. The smell is bad.

Very dirty. A lot of stains like semens and blood on bed. Floor very dirty . Cause your leg black stain on solesGot one room flooded with water and not clean, no elevators. Reasons for all was given is hotel under maintainance . Need to pay by cash only

Everything was like a hell Note :Suggest international and local travellers avoid staying .Dirty rooms Dirty washroom Dirty blanket and bedsheets Worst smell I don't think so, like dubai there, js any checking like the hotel from the government side

Huge room and toilet. Easy to find and very close to ERL Salak Tinggi.

Very very very dirty. Aircond water was dripping. TV, flush & water heater not functioning. It seems like they reuse the blanket for every customer.
