Very small room without windows... Ok for 1night near airport.

Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and clean.

No airflow in the room. Fake windows that left a gap to a concrete wall. Room was stuffy and sprayed with strong perfume to cover up the mold and lack of airflow. Room had a broken light.Booking. com quoted a price that I agreed to, then quoted a higher price that it charged my card , the actually charged my card an even higher price. The property made no adjustment or accomodations for us. They wouldn't let us check in till exactly 3pm, no exceptions unless you pay additional fee. We arrived from a red eye flight with no sleep, a family with a child and no accomodations for us. At 3 pm everyone is waiting in the lobby to check in all at the same time.

Rooms are toooo small ,no proper ventilation

The thing that like was the style of bed and also the place where, it feels like at the above the sky

The things that I didn't like was the air conditional where, during my stay trip I feel that, the air conditional that I stayed at that room (Room 319) was not cool like others air conditional at other other hotel

Email communication is excellent. The plane theme was a little endearing.

Room had little airflow so the air was a little musty. Somewhat dirty around the edges. though. Nothing was absolutely terrible but it was a lot of bad small things

The location close to the airport

Room didn’t look as neat as the pictures, the hotel itself needs a good clean up

We didn’t like anything about the property. No points to write about like

All Rosy picture, don’t go by the pics posted on sites. No where near to the airport, unhygienic restaurant facilities, I check out from this hotel within 2-3 hours and stayed elsewhere, foul smell across lobby and common areas.

Low budget accommodation in an average location

I would not recommend to stay at this place. Poor customer service, terrible breakfast buffet and a very low budget accommodation all around. Its close to 30min drive from the airport at peak time and nothing pretty to look at on the way and when you get there. The bathroom flooded after taking showers and it was not clean. We ordered food from the restaurant across the road and sadly the dishes came out one at a time.

The rooms were clean and modern.

Despite being called KLIA and having an airplane theme, its actually quite far from the airport, and it doesn't make sense to stay here on a stopover because the airport itself has so many options. The rooms were clean and modern, but the rest of the hotel (hallway, restaurant, reception) was old and outdated.

Room has the vibe of being inside airplane, although it isnt very well decorated. But it is really comfort at the bed.

bathroom / washroom is a bit old school design, room is ideal for sleeping but not if need table or seating needed.

Room was not properly clean. Barely can't walk without shoes, the floor full of dust sand. Room have no window, only broken flight design led.

The location

Need improvement for facilities, amnesties and the staff. When I come there, the room not ready yet so I need to wait a little bit longer. It’s oke but when we from long trip maybe wait isn’t worth it

Your Staff is friendly & helpful.. and your place is good because near the KLIA airport..

The gym is need to improved. & The food also in your cafeteria /canteen.. need to adds more like put a yogurt, cereals and fruits.. different kind of breads .. also like western cuisines..

Dirty and noisy.Shuttle from airport to hotel that was booked didn’t show up. No one answered phone from hotel. When I had taken a taxi to airport the receptionist was asleep.He was also asleep upon checkout.
