The staff was very help full on self check in process. Room was nice and cozy with basic amenities.

Expectation of a budget hotel room to be quite small. Suitable for short stay.

Clean, close to the airport, good wifi, essential facilities, elevator. Perfect for one night before a departing or once landing in Malaysia.

No breakfast available. But no big deal as there is plenty of restaurant and stores nearby.

Everything was perfect and great and easy check in, close to airport, only 30 Ringit trip via In drive or grab. Lost of restaurants and takeaways close by for a late flight.

Clean Room & Bathroom. Really cold AC, got elevator & relatively quiet room despite very near a busy intersection. Lots of parking & easy to communicate with front desk through whatsapp.

TV is not working. But not too bad as we are just using the room to refresh ourselves & sleep only.

The bedsheets are clean and the towels are quite new. It has lift facility which is convenient for those who could not take the stairs

very clean and quiet well-functioning air conditioning hot water with good water pressure If you are a smoker, this is not a good choice as all rooms are smoke-free and there is no seating area or chairs outside. You have to go outside the hotel every time and stand to smoke a cigarette. It is close to shops and restaurants.close to the airport so for 1 or 2 nights it is perfect but if you want to visit Kuala Lumpur it is far away from the city

Air conditioner functioning well and bed is comfort enough

My room have no tv eventhough the bracket is there. Blackout for almost 4 hours and took too long to fix

Closer to all amenities

Single room was too compact, not enough space to move around. Better to get bigger room, water supply problem to upper floor due to pump malfunction

Room is spacious, shower is nice, got lift, complete basic amenities.

During my visit, the television (was told by receptionist earlier) not function and also hair dryer.

Enough for short stay because it is near to klia. Very recommended because the price is very cheap for one night

Small quiet room - good enough for a short stay. Clean and has basic refreshments as well as a tv.

Be aware it’s not cheap as advertised there is a lot of fees that you have to pay on top of the base fee. Don’t get me wrong it is still cheap but for the hassle of getting there to and from the airport I would have been better of just getting a capsule room at the airport. The price would have been nearly the same amount.

Clean, comfort and easy to access to any restaurants. Nearby spa.. saloon..burger king, Ampera Padang Food and carboots every Wednesday and Thursday. Start from 5.30PM till 12 midnight. Lot of stuff you can find there.

Maybe can Improve the wifi speed and coverage.
