Not just polite service, not just efficiency — but real warmth, pride, and professionalism at every level. In all my travels, I honestly can’t remember another place where so many kind, capable, and well-trained people came together so naturally.The management clearly leads by example, and nowhere is this more visible than in the food and beverage team. Beharin, the Food & Beverage Director, has built something special here. Both restaurants run like clockwork, yet still feel relaxed and human. The staff are attentive, confident, and genuinely happy to be there — which says everything.A special thank-you to Fariq, whose service was truly outstanding — thoughtful, warm, and perfectly timed. And while I didn’t catch everyone’s name, every single team member I interacted with delivered the same high level of care and professionalism.The food deserves its own applause: fantastic. Well prepared, full of flavor, and far beyond what you’d expect from an airport hotel. Every meal felt considered, not rushed or generic.This stay reminded me why great hospitality matters. It’s not about luxury — it’s about people, culture, and heart. And this hotel has all three in abundance.I would return without hesitation — and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great facilities, beautiful pool and all close to KLIA for an easy overnight transit.

The room we had was noisy. We could hear other guests next door. Our air conditioning unit was loud and our shower drain did not work well

A great place to unwind before flying home. We stayed here as we flew in from Penang in late afternoon and were flying home early the next day. This hotel was perfect for a which overnight stay. We arrived in the early evening and the check in was quick. The hotel has a fabulous pool which was open late in the evening and we could swim and unwind after dinner.

Everything was great

Excellent breakfast, very close to the airport, beautiful pool and facilities, comfortable room, friendly staff, great value for money.

Shuttles to the airport are only every 1-2 hours so need to plan accordingly. Had to walk through many different doors to get to our room. Room was on the smaller side.

We booked this hotel as we were arriving in KL in the evening and then flying to Laos the following day, it was perfect to rest up before we continued our journey. The hotel is only 5 mins in a taxi from airport arrivals, it had a great swimming pool, the rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for the purpose we had book. We also had a later dinner in the bar which was very nice

nothing to dislike

Location was a little isolated and needed transport to go anywhere. We only had a one night stopover so we weren't too bothered. The room was very clean and it had a huge pool and gym.

Location - just a little removed and needed a taxi of about 5-10 mins from the airport.

Very easy to get here, though the shuttles run only every 2 hours. The facilities were very nice and clean, and quiet. Overall it was exactly what we expected.

The service in the restaurant was really bad, and the food wasn't that good (except breakfast.) You're kind of stuck with the restaurant since there's nothing else close by.

Breakfast starts at 6:30, we had to leave at 6. They did make a small breakfast to go.

It was very close to the airport.

They only gave us one large bath towel. No hand towels or face cloths.

Location was very close to KLIA1 which was great for an early morning flight. Having a bus transfer service to the airport included was very nice. The outdoor pool area was very pretty and the grounds looked good. Enjoyed our stay

This location is ideal for staying near the airport, especially with their convenient round-trip shuttle service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest. While you can hear some noise from the flights, it isn't a dealbreaker given how close you are to the airport. Overall, it’s a great value and definitely worth the stay!

Felt abandoned in the bar dining experience. Asked twice for someone to take my order. “Chef recommended” fish and chips was soggy, undercooked and very greasy. Noise levels were surprising even with my good earplugs in use. Not a great restful night before 24 hours of travel home.

Despite being near to the airport we couldn’t hear the planes thought out the night. The free shuttle to the airport was useful. Bed and pillows were comfy

No milk was provided for a cuppa in the morning
