BRIX KLIA By Pinetree

The staff arranged the car for us at 3 am because we couldnt find grab at that time

The stay was horrible, location was supposed to be near airport but it took 20 mins to go to airport from here. It wasnt clean

okla near the shop

no mirror in the living room coz we are 3 person , please add on mirror in living room

The staff friendly, Rooms are comfortable and clean. Surrounding areas have excellent choice of restaurants.

Breakfast. Lack taste and quality

Perfect for an overnight stay with connecting flights from KL Hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and about a 30 min drive from KLIA. Staff are friendly and helpful. And easily arranged hotel transfers co

A few more restaurants would have helped and closer to rail links into the city centre would have been convenient

Comfortable room to spend a layover, shuttle driver very diligent and caring staff

Sink and toilet blocked but apart from that everything was ok

Aisyah at the counter was amazing! Super friendly and helpful — she really made my check-in smooth and easy. She explained everything in detail and even helped arrange my airport transfer without me needing to ask twice. Compared to others, she truly stood out with her kindness and great attitude. The hotel itself was clean and comfy, with a nice bed that made for a good rest. Overall, a pleasant stay — big thanks to Aisyah for the great service!

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I do want to highlight one concern. There was no phone in the room, which became an issue when someone mistakenly knocked on my door around 11:30pm.In situations like this, it would be really helpful to have a direct line to the front desk, especially in case of any emergencies. While the hotel uses QR codes for contact, it's not always convenient late at night.I hope the management can consider adding in-room phones or another quick way to reach staff for guests’ safety and peace of mind.

The location which has lots of shops around.

The bed was a queen size bed and it would be more comfortable if they provide a king size bed for the double room.

The design, facilities and cleanliness

I've been at Brix about five times. The staff, facilities, comfort, and value for your money is excellent. Check-in is easy, and you're a short ride to the airport. I'll be back.

The hotel is basic, new, and clean. They have an attached convenience store and many restaurants within an easy walk. The staff were kind and helpful. It's a new place so everything is still okay. You can hear your neighbours a bit.We chose this place because it was very close to the airport...but it isn't. The road ends at the hotel and the Grab has to drive a long way around to actually get to a place that is closed "as the crow flies". The taxi was so expensive that we could have stayed in a more expensive hotel beside the airport for the same total. This is not the fault of the hotel, but people should know when they book.

Clean rooms; big corridors; water dispenser and laundry available on site.

Location was a bit far from shops.

Great facilities and staff. Comfortable beds.

The air-conditioning wasn't very powerful, and it took a while to cool down the room.

There was a smart live concert in the restaurant next to the hotel.

Corridors a little dark and uninviting, but room was okay. The noise of the highway however is quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, we could not have a good night sleep.

New hotel. Everything is fresh. They do spray perfume though so If u don't like that you should tell them to not spray your room when u book it. Loads of good restaurants outside. We ate 3 times on the Bistro on the corner.

The location was close to the airport, perfect for our overnight stopover. Modern and cool looking. Simple decor. Our room was spacious enough for 4 ppl and our luggage.

Toilet was quite small, but adequate for our stopover

Room was very clean and comfortable. Also there was a small gift for the guest. I got cute keychain

I've stayed here several times before catching a flight. It's perfect for a night, or two. Thanks to all the staff. Cleanliness, excellent water machine, great staff, value for money, close to airport.

The location is right besides rows of eateries which served good food. Shout out to Kambing Hangus and Warisan satay ! Hotel provide very reasonable hotel shuttle transfer fr to KLIA 1 & 2 which is excellent. The locations is just within 30 mins during peak hours from.the airports which is super convinient.. Having iron facility in the room is excellent fir travellers. The staffs inc the valet cum.security ? and shuttle service staff Is excellent and very helpfull.

Room is relatively small but OK for one night or short stay for traveller.

- location near the airport- shuttle transport to the airport at rm 15 /pax- bedsheet- Sturdy bed- Outside restaurants / eating places walking distance- the darkness of the room when the blinds are closed

- noisy sound from the street- small size bed (135 cm wide)- thin walls - breakfast selection

Easy access to klia. Comfy bed. Lots of eateries.

Bathroom is quite small but very clean.
