The circulation system of the private swimming pool is faulty, and it is still not better to repair it for two days. If the sauna cannot be used, please do not accumulate debris.

we had a villa facing the lake and it was beautiful. easy to get to from hanoi (1h drive away, we came by grab). free bicycle rental is a plus. seva spa was also good for hotel standards.

there were a lot of families blasting music and karaoke, which i could hear from across the lake and all around the compound. people smoking cigarettes in outdoor dining areas. food quality was poor at the resort (both at bamboo restaurant and poem restaurant)

Staffs are very friendly & helpful. The location is relaxing and there are plenty of activities to try. Free electric car takes you anywhere is awesome.

The price of food is too high, and there are no small portion option. We only ordered rice, soup & meat and it's already 600k VND and the portion is for 4-5 people (while we are just 2 people with a toddler) so there are lots of wasted food. Also, the morning buffet is mostly repeated on the 2nd day so it's disappointing.Then, middle of the night a big tree branch fell into our villa. We were really scared. In the morning we called reception to check it out and they removed most of the branches but the broken part is still hanging over the villa. They also didn't inform us if it's safe to return.

1. The service: the staff were not solution oriented, tend to create excuses when we seek for help. When we gave back the evaluation form with the poor rating, the reception lady simply looked and tossed it aside. Usually in other hotels, there would be management who immediately checks in with guests to get more insights on the complains. We are extremely disappointed in the customer service of the resort. 2. Villa condition: not well maintained, several electronic appliances were not functioning (when we seek for help, staff just said they couldnt fix it), the bathrooms smelled horribly, bathroom floors were crooked3. Breakfast: although there are variety in the breakfast, food were not filled properly. We had breakfast at 9.00am, quite some dishes were no longer there, only the name tag were . They start to clear out tables at 9.30am while the closing time is 10.

the lakeside view is exceptional, buggy service was extremely useful and efficient to get around. staff for the most part are pleasant. breakfast was of a decent standard. Nice and clean pool but a bit cool to swim in

toilet seat seems old and faded, limited hot water. I called the receptionist to find out about water why but no one got back to us nor was there any action taken. could do with more free access to resorts facilities.

Area is very nice and quiet

Most facilities are closed - Water front area is only opened on weekends so if you want to borrow Kayak and you are there during week time you are out of luck . Most of facilities in resort are closed during week time .

service of staff in resort is not timely and do not inform necessay information in advance. they just inform the requirement to get in 2hours ago before check in. many time is lost due to their inappropriate service.

The gardens and landscaping was spectacular. The resort was well cared for, tidy and clean. My grandson had an accident on his bike and medical staff came very quickly to care for him. The set menus were excellent and waitress staff attentive, albeit with little or no English. The main pool was nicely heated and well cared for but the stones in the gully between kids pool and main pool were dangerously loose. The Seva Spa had an extraordinary amount of excellent hot and cold treatment rooms. The sauna and Korean sauna area were clean and relaxing. The staff also helpful and friendly. The Play world and Wonder Park were also well stocked with equipment and interesting options.

Booking.com was a disastrous experience. Book direct with the property to avoid confusion and disappointment. Breakfast was good with a broad selection catering for Asian and Western needs. However, some staff on the egg station need training. Never heard of "scrambled eggs". All food on the cold stations should be covered to protect from flies. No cappuccino or latte coffee even at extra cost. The occupancy was very low so only one restaurant and pool open. The bicycles were in very poor and dangerous condition. Both the Play World and Wonder parks closed well before the published closing times.

Opera playing all day long at loud volume with the same songs repeating every 30 minutes!!! This will disrupt the great atmosphere of the whole place!

Beautiful grounds and villas.

Check in and check out is a disaster. Takes 3-6 people to check in/out every guest (no joke, see reviews elsewhere Front desk uses 3 computers and paper. Every guest is frustrated. Importantly, food options are really poor, and astoundingly overpriced.
