New Airport Hotel

Good location, the owner/front desk is great.

The room wasnt very clean. Lot of mosquitoes in it, it was super hot. It looked nothing like the photos.

Room OK. There was a modest, adequate breakfast, but not like any of the others hotels at similar price range in Vietnam.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, facing a highway overpass.When we arrived late afternoon we mentioned to the manager that we would want to find a restaurant, but then he disappeared. Only a cleaning man was there, and we couldn’t communicate. The neighborhood looked frightening, scary. Could not walk anywhere,

The location is really good when you have an early flight to catch the next day. Also, the staff were very friendly. We only stayed for one night, if we'd stayed longer, we might have found a solution to some of the problems.

The most disappointing thing, even though it didn't affect us very much, is that the hotel claims to have balconies, a sun deck, a garden and roof top bar. The pictures also feature a breakfast buffet. None of that applies.Our room was spacious and well equipped, yet it was incredibly hot and stuffy and smelled mouldy accordingly. The bathroom was cleaned but mouldy, too. It's all a bit run down but otherwise fine, except for the fridge that was full of water.For breakfast, we didn't get a choice what to have: they just served us "Western" breakfast (bread, frozen butter, jam and an egg). Since no one was around, we couldn't ask for water or any other beverages.We didn't encounter anyone for check out either - at least the owner is available via WhatsApp.So overall, it was an okay stay for one night, but the fact that the garden, the roof top and the breakfast buffet just don't exist is pretty disappointing.

The property was not hygienic. The lamp was broken, bathroom door was broken. Bathroom was stinking. For family it’s highly unsuitable.

Tommy was the friendliest host, he didn’t get to meet me until checkout and made sure to introduce himself and insisted on making me a coffee and a banana to apologise for not being there during my stay. The hotel itself is well looked after with great value for money. The room is very spacious and clean. 24 hour reception is good for solo traveler’s wanting to feel safe with late flights. Water, tea and coffee are free. Tommy has great English so communication is easy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who has an inconvenient flight time as it’s a 5 minute drive from airport. Thank you again Tommy!

The host was extremely friendly and very helpful with picking us up from the airport. He was very enthusiastic - perhaps a little overly friendly!!

Just be aware, this is not an 'Airport Hotel' it is a little way away from the airport and has a local feel. Which is absolutley fine, but just be mindful of that. It seems the host does everything from picking up guests in his own private car, to making the breakfast... which you get no choice about by the way - everyone gets two eggs, 3 slices of bread and some fruit all on the same plate! It had a slightly awkward feel to it.

Excellent night sleep here! Service is exceptional. They provide breakfast and taxi service any time - ideal for an airport hotel! Fully recommend.

We arrived quite late at night and they were waiting for us. The room was very spacious and clean. They prepared coffee/tea, toast with butter and jam, fried eggs and fruit for breakfast which was very good. The owner Tommy was super nice!
