Convenient location near the airport, with great food at a good price.

Good for 1 night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff were very friendly. The transfer was easy .

There was a building site next door (December 2025). However, it was our first night in Vietnam, and as we travelled for 3 weeks, it turned out that there are building sites EVERYWHERE. Family Transit Hotel actually was one of the quieter stays :)

The location is great and the food was pretty good. Perfect place to end or start the trip depending when your flight is.

The staffs english was a bit lacking, though in the end it caused no big problems, the showers were also a bit inconvinient being in the middle of the bathroom.

The staff was really nice! Cooked me dinner even if I arrived at 10.30 pm. Very clean and felt really safe as a woman solo traveling.

Close to the airport and easy to arrange transport through the property. Clean and friendly.

Pros : Near the airport, 24*7 staff available at reception for check-in, safe for women solo travellers, help you with your luggage, they provide non-vegetarian or eggetarian options for breakfast at additional costsCons: No matter how late you checkin, exceptions are not made for you to extend check-out. They say it’s available but charge you a fee, which makes no sense if you have not even been in the room for more than a couple of hours. So not good at customer goodwill or maintaining customer relationships to book againOther hotels are more accommodating in that sense they do allow guests to check-out late at no additional costs. They quote very high per hours. Frankly you’d rather pay the same amount for a better hotel on the main road with breakfast options. No food options for vegetarians. You can check cheaper stays on the main road where you can find some food or beverages options.Airport cabs are available at double the cost, better to book a cab from the Grab app.Bathroom is extremely small only for I person to barely fit in. There are no blankets, they use the bedsheets as blankets. The description does not mention but they don’t have elevators. Most of the hotels in this lane don’t have elevators. Better check if you are booking for someone who needs special assistance- not recommended.Overall I would only recommend this hotel if and only if you don’t find cheaper or better stay closer on the opposite side of the road from airport. The only thing good about my stay was hot water, proximity to airport and safety.

20 minutes walk from the airport.The bed was really comfortable, the room big and very clean.Perfect if arriving late or leaving early.There are some restaurants around.

You could hear quite a lot the people arriving or leaving their room

This was a comfortable one night stay before flying out of Hanoi airport early the next morning. The staff were very helpful and organised a pick up from old quarter and drop off to airport. The room was very spacious, clean and well air conditioned. Was exactly what we needed before flying out.

The hotel two time take money.I was mast pay by cart.When I came they took money.And when I came in Korea they took money from my cart again.Could you please help me return my money.

It is a good ‘cheap and cheerful’ option near the airport+ Close to the airport, friendly staff and good communication for airport pickup.

The property is clean. Very close to the airport.

Basic breakfast (Instant noodles). They never respond to our messages and request. A “no” is ok, but total ignoring is rude although they were able to send us travel packages that they offer. We paid extra 200k VND (60%) for arriving 4 hours earlier than check in which is OK.

Bed/pillows were quite uncomfortable, when we walked in staff was asleep on the couch in the lobby, weren’t shown to our room or helped there with our bags
