Mia Noi Bai Airport Hotel

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They arranged transportation to center Hanoi for us. The transport to and from the airport was handled well.

Clean, free airport shuttle, nice staff

Very clean and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice people and the rooms were clean and well done with great bathrooms and strong wifi.

Hospitality from the staff. Bed was very comfortable as well as the bedding. Had the king suite with balcony and jacuzzi with separate shower (shower was hard to adjust temperature)Breakfast great and shuttle service was fantastic. Would stay again !!

Adjusting the shower temperature. Just used the bathtub.

Proximity to airport, free convenient shuttleReally nice staff!! Amazing welcoming peopleNice breakfast Clean room, clean sheets and towels I asked for a room far from the elevator (extremely important as it so loud) and they provide it.

The water in the shower were either boiling or freezing - extremely difficult to make a proper showerSo noisy. Yes, I definitely assumed that I will hear the planes but the main problem was the noise from the adjacent main road, a busy road 24/7.So many mosquitoes in one room- horrible

We needed a place close to the airport for our last night in Hanoi. We didn’t stay long (took a taxi out after dinner and left early), but the rooms are huge with great bathrooms, the staff are helpful, the breakfast is good, and the free quick ride to the airport was key. Would definitely recommend for similar situations.

Nothing stands out in the short time we were there

Excellent service. Small breakfast area not a problem since someone is there to cook, serve and clean up immediately after you arrive.

Clean room’s refurbished

Exterior building and lift dingy. Very limited breakfast

We stayed the night between the flights and it was an excellent option! The twin room was large, clean, the beds were very comfortable. There was a kettle in the room. The soundproofing is good - though the road outside is quite noisy, it didn’t disturb our sleep. The staff was amazing! The most convenient thing was the free shuttle to and from airport. It was promised and delivered - the communication on Whatsup was easy and immediate, we just had to wait for 10-15 minutes for the driver to arrive. And in the morning we were brought to the airport at 6.45 a.m., feeling refreshed and well rested. We didn’t have time for breakfast but it was included.

For a large room like this, a second bedside lamp is absolutely needed! Because the ceiling lights are extremely bright and turn on all at once. It was inconvenient for the second person.

Was there for a one night layover family of 4, The front counter guy was awesome!! Sorry forgot his name he went above and beyond

4 hour sleep!! Early flight next day.

Very friendly staff, was greeted in the evening and made sure we had everything we needed for the evening, and was given an exceptional pho breakfast from their selection with very fresh oranges. Also provided shuttling back to the airport! Had a lovely first evening in Vietnam here.

Close to the airport, nice room with comfortable bed and included breakfast. Airport shuttle is included but when we arrived the hotel was unresponsive for almost 45 min even though they knew the arrival time. They finally arrived about an hour after we first messaged them.

Lack of response for shuttle service when we landed

Great place for overnight stay next to airport with value for money you payThey offer pick up and drop off to the airport Room was clean and equipped with everything needed Towels were clean The host was very welcoming

Na

Location, very clean , decoration is very new, room very big, this is a family owner hotel, they are very friendly and helpful. Hotel offers the free service pick up from and to airport. I strongly recommend this hotel. Definitely will stay there for next trip.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. The staff was very helpful and the hotel arranged shuttle to the airport was seamless. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hotel near the airport.

Excellent services. Room is spacious, comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast is good. The owner is very friendly. The hotel also offers free pickup to and from the airport.

The staff was extremely welcoming and were fast to respond and help us get our shuttle (aka taxi) to and from hotel. Location is a few min drive away from airport.

There was a very bad smell from the bathroom unfortunately, didn’t go away for the stay, and a window that couldn’t close fully so wind and the sounds of airplane was rough.

superb staff that anticipated your needs, offered service with a smile and went above and beyond. rooms are spacious, well appointed and good value for money. good bed and bedding. Airport transfer was excellent and indeed free for guests.

I am sad I had to leave early in the morning so I could not sample their breakfast. One of the staff members noticed when I checked out and even went and cooked me a not so small snack. I have nothing but good things to say about this property.

great value for money, convenient for early/late flights, very friendly personnel.Transfer to airport included.

Hotels location is close and easy to the airport. Staff were super helpful and friendly with check in and check out. Also with recommendations for dinner.

Nothing all was good.
