Noi Bai Airport Hotel

The room was clean

booked"superior",they gave me normal room, saying:getting cleaned. They moved me to another one after I insisted. Taxi driver was super rude, tried kicking me out before the drop off point saying: WALK! He than left my stuff in the middle of the road&left

Conveniently located when you have an early departure. spacious and clean rooms.Welcoming, friendly owner

the planes, but it's an airport hotel so can't complain.!

The hotel is near Noi Bai airport. It took around 5 minutes only by car. They could arrange a car. There are also local restaurants.

Their facilities are not so excellent but acceptable. The capacity of hot water supply was not enough for the shower.

Location

Noisy street directly below and planes spooling up on runway. Pretty clean, has all your needs. Couple good restaurants around corner.

Staff was extremely nice. I stayed for a few hours and they arranged a ride to the airport for my flight.

Good staff service, clean room and comfortable.

Location for qualify food.

We had an emergency situation as our mom wasn’t feeling well after getting off the bus from Sapa. We booked the same day

Close to the airport

No restaurant, nothing else close to do near-by

Walking distance to Hanoi International Airport. Staff are very helpful but a few staff can’t speak in English.

Mosquitoes a lot.

It was very close to the airport. And they managed to get me a driver to take me to the airport at 4:30 the next day despite me giving them very little notice.

No soap in the bathroom, and the fact that the bathroom basically flooded after a shower because the highest point of the shower was in fact, the drain. It was also close to the main road so I could hear trucks roaring past.

The staff at the check-in was very friendly and they upgraded my room for free. Very convenient distance from the airport. The room and bathroom were clean. Only con is the bed very hard but that also depends on people's preference. Overall good place to stay if you need an hotel near the airport

Close to airport. Owners gave us a free ride to the airport. Good restaurant above. Room large enough. Comfortable bed. Tea & coffee facility & mini fridge with bottled water.

5 mins from the airport, easy to get a grab in the morning. Let us check in at 2am. Had drinks available. Nice large room and shower was good

Firstly we were put in a room that had water running down the walls not cleaned properly we were moved to another room which was much nicer if you book make sure you get 206A don't get 401 is disgusting no customer service skills at all no English spoken

It was near the airport. The beds were comfortable and the wifi worked.

The cups in the room were dirty, there was no soap, hand towels or bath mat.Just 2 large towels. The water was cold. There was someone else's clothes in the wardrobe and the windows were open in the room and bathroom. There is NO airport shuttle as advertised, a hotel employee drove us in their car. It was 80,000 VND.

Loved it here! The staff were amazing and very accommodating! We got in very late and checked in at 2am, they stayed up for us and our stay was perfect! Thank you so much for accommodating us we loved the stay!

Very close to the airport and there are a few places to eat late at night in the lane.

The staff were surly. When asked for another blanket refused.

perfect hotel of you just need a place to stay for an early flight. beds are good and comfortable, friendly hotelstaff. the also provide airport shuttle.

I think the tv didn't work,

The hotel is clean and have spacious room. Very close to airport aa we need to go to airport very early in the morning. There are some small restaurants around to eat, small mart & pharmacy too. The hotel provides airport transfer for 70k vnd whenever time we need to be at the airport.

The staff are very helpful and very generous! I got there at 3 am because of my late flight and Check out a little bit later than 12 am but the staff are very helpful with that. If you have long layover or late flight to Hanoi , it’s just 15 min walk from the Noi Bai airport International Terminal.
