Anh Duong Hotel

I like the view and its really close to the airport.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable.

I booked with you guys with my credit card, and I didn't have cash on me, so when I arrived, the lady told me she couldn't swip my card because her machine was broken or something it was so bad for me I had to go and boom again and stayed at the airport sleeping pods

Everything

Convenient location! short walking distance from the AirportNothing else!!

I can't expecting more amenities (mini fridge, share kitchen...) from a such modest rate!!?Ii's Ok for short stay

Actually the place is in a good location, it's near the airport. The room is clean, hot water is well functioned, complete amenities, and everything you expect from a good hotel.

When I stayed in the hotel on 6th March 2023, the staff asked me for money in cash and I paid. A month after, I got my credit card report and it was stated that I also pay with CC on 8th March 2023. I confirmed to the staff and they said they made a mistake, they told me they're going to return the money but until now I didn't get anything, my last message even got ignored by them. If I didn't tell them, they wouldn't check the issue. Jeez!Sorry I have to give bad rating because of this. It's not about the money, it's about the integrity. Please never do this again to the other customers!!!And yes, I didn't get my money back!

literally nothing, the lady broke in to my room and the shower was not getting hot

I ended up getting sick, because the water would not get hot.. and the lady broke into my room

good price and location

the owner said he had overbooked and made me go to the hotel next door and pay for a room there, however he didn’t cancel my booking and the money still came out of the account

down the street from the airport

there was a large hole in my room to the hallway that is left open, so noisy sometimes and insects can fly in

Staff not mantion online booking for booking. Com no any response
