Airport Classic Hotel & Travel

A family owned and run hotel, the 35 yr old man that was most present at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. We went for an interesting walk to a Hindu temple, and then a Buddhist temple, which was a perfect day activity for us.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. We had been told it was quite far away from restaurants etc, so we took food. As it happens there was a huge snack tray & fridge full of water & beer & even red wine you could buy. I was impressed. They arranged a free transfer at 4.30am. Staff lovely. Would recommend for airport stay.

As quite typical, the shower was a wet room. The bathroom was huge, would prefer enclosed shower. Whole room soaking wet after a shower & no mop.

I had a wonderful stay at the Airport Classic Hotel. They were quick to pick me up from the airport even though it was after 10 p.m. and very welcoming. The bed and room were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The breakfast is not too be missed. All in all, this was a great stay near the airport for me, and I really appreciate the staff providing a soft landing for me in Hanoi and being so helpful. Highly recommended as a transit hotel for late night and early morning flights!

I would've liked the bed to have a thicker blanket on it (or for a thicker blanket to have been made available to me).

Very clean and very accommodating all the staff’s, comfortable and very peaceful.

Location was near the airport so that we can get some quick rest & freshen up after our flight. Value for money compared to the hotel at the airport. Room was spacious and clean.

Conveniently close to the airport. Very reliable airport shuttle service. Friendly staff. Shower is amazing--strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds. Really good price.

The room we chose was the superior one, but didn't have any closet which not an issue for us as we stayed for 9 hours, to be close to airport. But surely those staying for a longer time would surely be a problem.

If you need to sleep next to the airport this hotel is definitely one of your best options. We slept in two other airport hotels in the same block in different times and this one was by far the best!

Close to the airport and shuttle service

The area around the Hanoi airport is very run down and you don't really want to walk around outside looking for a place to eat. However this is typical of the area and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.

Location is excellent from the airport. 6 USD pickup/ drop off to the airport. I think if you just want to get dropped off, it's free. Definitely get the breakfast because of limited options nearby. ATM only at the airport. Give them a whatsapp text with your Flight and arrival time and then text again when you're out of immigration with the number of the curbside pillar at arrivals level. You'll be at the airport in ten minutes.

Airport shuttle

Location: There isn't anything to see nearby. Very few shops and bistros. It's not very close to the airport, either. Bathroom: the shower shares the same space with the toilet. The floor gets wet. Maybe a curtain can help?No trash bin in the room. One needs to go to the bathroom to throw away trash every time.

Close to the airport, big room, cozy beds, nice staff.

It was close to the airport, staff was very attentive, when we came in a taxi it was raining, so two staff members came and held umbrellas for us. Staff was also worried and proactive to ask when we are leaving for the airport and if we need a ride organized for that. For breakfast we chose a soup and it was very tasty!

The rooms were clean and it was kind to organise the breakfast a bit earlier than usual so we could eat before our flight. The lady also sorted a different room as one smelt like cigarettes despite it being no smoking inside. It was quiet too. Smart TV's to watch Netflix etc which was handy as our stay was unexpected due to flight cancellations with awful Vietjet. They organised our transfer to the airport in the morning too which was great. Excellent price for the accommodation.

The area is very close to airport, which is great, but no options for dinner at all. A bit more blanket cover for the night would have been good. Only a sheet was provided and even with the air conditioning on 24-25°C it was cold through the night. Otherwise, it was perfectly suitable.

Great value

Wouldn’t recommend the car service. They didn’t have a greet service and were impossible to contact on WhatsApp. The driver dropped us at the wrong g terminal the following day.

It was close to the airport and ideal for a quick over night stay

Shower was not compartmentalized resulting the bath room floor being very wet and slippery

Free shuttle to the airport. The driver took us at 5 am.
