Clean, nice staff, good location

size of room was good. staff were also up to the mark.

room and specially bathroom were too smelly. over price room according to the facility.

Disappointing

The rooms were not maintained propeely. Air conditioner was.of 1960s. Was too.weak. The location was not good. The reception staff were not satisfying for the concerns raised. Not happy.

The outdoor location can be better , the parking facilty should be better with proper car parking allocation .

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good shower. Restaurant in the building was very good.

Original room had a window that would not close completely allowing mosquitoes to enter. I was promptly moved to a new room that was fine.WiFi did not reach original room at all, moved to a new room where WiFi did reach.

The hotel is value for money, with very helpful staff. Cleanliness is okay, but could be better. The location of the hotel is also really good. Railway station, bus stand, eating options are all easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for people traveling to Daman or Silvassa.

The entrance looks a little dicey as there is a smoke shop right there, and isn't comfortable for families as such, but once you enter inside, it's a safe and comfortable space for any traveller.

The hospitality was superb ...Cleanliness and housekeeping was excellent...The location was surrounded by plenty of good malls....the food was awesome...

There was nothing which I didn't like ...verything was picture perfect...

Room was spacious & clean. Bedsheets & towel were fresh & clean. Bathroom was clean too. Hotel is close to commercial area with nearby food carts, shops & restaurants. Check in, check out were smooth. Business invoice was furnished without hassle. All payment options are available (card, cash, UPI etc.)

No restaurant in the property - though on the floor below & nearby there are lunch / dinner restaurants. In case you place an order they can supply breakfast to your room. Hot water was not available in the bathroom for a night shower. Electric power plugs are a bit clumsy to use.

I had a long journey and went to Hotel Easy Retreat after reading the positive reviews. This place exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff gave me tea and toasts at about 0100 hrs as I had come a long way. Rates are super reasonable. Rooms were super clean and staff very cooperative and helpful as mentioned by other travellers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s in Vapi. Room photos are not upto standard. Rooms looked much better in actual. Toilets were clean and all basic amenities were present. Even though I had varied requests at varied times they accommodated all my requests without charging anything extra. Unfortunately I couldn’t have breakfast hence can’t comment on its quality. But I am very happy and highly satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Wishing these people the Best of Luck!

There’s a little trash outside the building area as it’s bang on the road, which might affect your first impressions. But the hotel is located on the third floor hence there is absolutely no bad odour.

Rooms are quite specious. Staff was very helpful and room service was good.

No.06 had too much Noise in AC and Exhaust Fan of Bathroom. Lighting in room and Bathroom not adequate.

The hospitality and being accommodated way before our check in time. We also got security and storage for our luggage even after check out.Being new to Vapi and the surrounding areas, the hotel provided us with a guide of places we could visit around

I believe more could be done to improve the outside appearance of the hotel. Otherwise everything else was super!!

Very clean and comfortable to stay. Dont get baffled by the entrance.Very friendly and courteous staff. They will come down to pick your luggage, help you park and take you to the hotel.Good arrangement for drivers to stay. Drivers get decent bed, bathroom facility with soap.Good location .. close to highway and GIDC. Good for family and business travellerAbsolute value for money

Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and good.

Not much tv channels, thereshoild be options for news rehional, english and more choices.

Continuous update of booking/arrival was provided by Aditya Singh. Delighted with his courteous attitude. Interiors are really nice. Recommend for family stay. You have option of getting veg/non-veg food. Right on highway.
