Services. For almost everything you have to go reception and if 9 number is answered then the room attendant will come but in everything excuses will be ready. Tea was full of sugar. Thermos wasn't available. In whole property 1 thermos was available. It is like a roadside general hotel kind of feelings. No one is there to clean up the car though ready to pay. Morning shift incharge was not having idea about the charges. He was only interested in the payment. He couldn't even explain the difference of rates and had poor customer care. 1st Bedsheet was like some curtain. Next day proper bedsheets came after reminder. But that too it was oily. Pillows were almost broken. Pathetic.

Breakfast was not with my stay

Not receive invoice. Not from property nor from OYO. I have not able to bill the same to my company.

The staff is helpful and the room is good

I don't like their is not proper parking and also the images which they show that are different

The hotel was awesome. Room was also clean.

Staffs are not responding properly on call. Not receiving calls and responding very late. TV not working.

It was such a negative vibe in hotel, it was dirty like dustbin, toilets smelling, mosquitoes are the most stayed guests there, Staff’s behaviour is like they are thinking they are the King of world, no supportive, rude talking, specially both the managers, even their staff will slam door on your face if you do not do what they say, Phone weren’t working, Manager sorry King was giving summon for us, after meeting these two managers, now i feel that hitler was good person ?

Rude staff, unhygienic washroom, no Wi-Fi, filthy room, bad room service, no toiletries and didn't gave room at price shown on app and charged extra money. Pathetic experience!

Even after booking here they told me that booking is not reflecting at their end...and told me to pay 300 more/- if want to book offline

the hotel dined for booking .com booking as they had canceled the contract and i had to pay personal kindly remove the hotel from ur list if they do not accept ur bookingthey told we will not give rooms for booking .com

First hotel staff asking me to online booking is not working last 3 month and he charge extra money like 1 room 1500 rs your website price is 458 rs and i book 458 rs 2 room 918 rs but then hotel i pay 1500 rs 1 room and 2 room 3000 rs I call many time to costumer care but not connected and asking me to your booking I'd is whrong what services you

Pathetic behaviour I booked this hotel through booking.com but when i reached, they said that they have no booking.The price was much high than the one they put on booking.com. BIG SCAM

Cleanliness, air conditioning and almost everything.

Room service such as water, 4ea etc. But it wasn't a big deal.

The Breakfast was good. The staff is also good. Wifi is also good with 25mbps. the toilet is clean. Hot and cold water both are available. The TV has all movies Chanel except HD. The bed is also comfortable for 2 people. all expercnice was good.

The food is not too much good. I think they order from outside of the hotel and serve to the customer.

Staff and room is good

There is no restaurant and located in second floor and surrounding is not so good

Room size was very small but as It is budget room we can ignore room size. Room service was very prompt and staff was very responsive. There is a swad restaurant near by this hotel which provides delicious food in budget price.

Hotel staff has to work on cleanliness as our room was not properly cleaned.

Booking.com shown breakfast included whereas yoyo reception show snapshot without breakfast and said Wrong information on booking.com

Not showing correct information while booking. TV doesn't have active set up box.

cheap rates with okay to stay place as i was there to explore the city and not to stay.

bathroom were not upto the mark and the location is bit shady.

Nothing...as i had booked through booking.com online and discount which was there online was rejected at the Hotel Reception so has to pay extra cash
