Great location where restaurants, bars, and shops were 15 minutes walk away or less. Nice breakfast buffet with chef prepared eggs and omelets. Staff were very helpful

It is close to the city center, very easy to walk to and from the hotel.

The facilities did not completely match the pictures, it is way older and worn out than expected, and our room was very humid. The worst part was a pretty aggressive experience we had with them: We had a delay coming back to the hotel the last day, something we had already told them and they had agreed to, however, they simply walked into our room, collected our clothes, personal care items such as toothbrushes, etc, put it all in our bags as they saw fit and took everything out of the room. When we arrived we found our things in the lobby and no longer could check whether we had left something in the room or not. We’re almost certain in that hotel we lost a cap, but amidst all that happened we couldn’t check. It was an embarrassing experience I wish no one goes through. When we asked the young lady at the front desk about this she was pretty aggressive and simply said it was already check-out time. Don’t book here if you can pick another option in Sapa.

We truly enjoyed the fast check in especially having no sleep, it was the major plus for us. Big space and very comfortable bed. Close to the city center about 200m.

Our overall experience was definitely worth it—I honestly wish we could have extended our stay for another day or two. From the staff to the accommodation, food, and overall service, everything was excellent. I would 100% recommend this place.The room was clean and, while not very large, it was perfectly comfortable for four people. The lighting was very good, and the environment was peaceful—an ideal spot for a quiet, relaxing stay. The building is surrounded by several massage places, which could be convenient for those looking to unwind even more during their trip.The food was really great - every meal felt freshly prepared, and the quality was superb. We even joked about wishing we could take it with us to our next destination (though we did sneak some bread ?).The staff, from the receptionist to the kitchen and dining team, had such a warm and welcoming presence throughout our stay. Special kudos to Lig (or Ling), the receptionist—Ma'am, you truly made our stay so convenient and memorable. You made sure to check in on us about our plans for the day and you helped us navigate to our next destination, and your suggestion on how to get to the Glass Bottom Bridge was a lifesaver. What impressed me most was how you went above and beyond to help me find a cake for my friend’s birthday. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the cake delivery—it came with everything we needed: disposable plates, forks, even a cake slicer. They also included more candles than expected, a sparkling candle, and a birthday hat! It was such a thoughtful and complete setup. Amazing service all around.

Room was clean & spacious and breakfast was good. The location is very near Sun Plaza (though we had to walk through shortcut with stairs to get to Sun Plaza.) The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the lady boss.

First, value for monies. Location is perfect, in the quiet part of town centre … up on higher ground, approx 7 mins walk from hotel to Town Square and Sun Plaza, the launch point for funicular tram car to Fansipan cable car. A few very nice restaurant is only 2 - 5 mins away. The reception staff especially the manager Jenny is very friendly and the morning breakfast is sumptuous and have a homely atmosphere with guests exchanging notes on Fansipan summit weather. The hotel owns a massage Eden Massage & Spa and the massage is fantastic and price is value for monies. I got a junior suite room and facing the front, town square and the cute little Catholic Church.

I had a wonderful stay at Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa. The location is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast was enjoyable. I would give this hotel a rating of 9/10 and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Sa Pa.

Family holiday in Sapa, good location within walking distanc(200 m) to main street making it less noisy. Staff were excellent and helpful. We were offered hot tea and fruits while waiting for pick up van, which demonstrate good hospitality.

The staff was amazing, every time we waited in the loby they sliced fruits and brought us, and we climbed the fanisipan mountain and they let us shower even though we already checked out.

Clean, good location with an excellent breakfast. No proper motorbike parking but the staff made a space for me and all worked out well.

The paint in my room was chipped and the hallways need updating. The bathroom shower was clean but the corners of the shower were stained.
