Azure Sapa Hotel

Very disappointed I was charged an early check in fee, for BOTH people. In all my years of travelling I have NEVER been charged for an early check in. If the room was vacant, hotels have always accommodated an early check in. It's called hospitality.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and rooms are clean. And the hotel is usually silence. Also they have good portions in the restaurant.

I'm satisfied.

Great location, very short walk to the center. Beautiful views! Very nice free breakfast in the morning. Helpful and friendly staff. Could rent a motorcycle really easily from them. Comfortable bed and clean facilities.

The dorms were in the basement and the wifi didn’t reach the room for me. It was underneath the kitchen so a little noisy.

Location Clean Helpful Staff

What I really love about the hotel is the location. It is very near to the SAPA STATION. There are many shops, restaurants, and stores nearby.

There are two things I did not like about the property. First, when we asked for help to open the safe, a staff member told us he would return after retrieving something, but he never came back. Second, when we asked for the room to be cleaned, it was not done.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, which made me feel comfortable right away. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but everything was still functional and tidy. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed, and very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight for me was definitely the view—it was absolutely stunning and made the experience extra special. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for cleanliness, good service, and a beautiful setting.

I like the location. It was convenient and nearby to main attractions.

I didn’t like the cockroaches in the room, the fact the the AC works for few hours and automatically shuts down, and the inability of the receptionist and the staff to say a word in English, which was extremely difficult to communicate.

The breakfast was a mixture of Vietnamese pho and rice cakes, and some western omelette and salads. Great location and walks to everywhere. Good internet speed.

Room 401 unfortunately has an air conditioning duct that's probably too close to sewerage. When we complained they were very good finally shifting us.

Centrally located in the downtown area, great view of the mountain ranges.

Breakfast choices can still be improved.

Spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms. Kind and service minded staff at the reception.Good location. Our room had a nice view of the town.

Clean! Updated facilities ! Friendly

Stayed in the dorm. Really cheap price, clean and great location.

Just note that it’s a dorm in a hotel, so not a hostel vibe. But if you want a quiet place in a good location for a cheap price then this is good!

I stayed in the 10 bed female dorm room. It was comfortable, clean, well air conditioned and quiet. The staff were nice and helped me book a sleeper bus and taxi. Good location too!

Breakfast is not included. There is a buffet for an additional fee but I didn’t purchase it.

Clean, nice location and friendly staff

The view, location and service was really great. Big shout to Kai in reception for being so helpful with everything!

Breakfast could have more options.

Excellent facility and location... excellent view in mountain view suites..Only negative thing is - No black tea in the morning

Hotel is very good location nice staff clean environment and best experience

Location, view , cleanliness

the female staff at the buffet with attitude

The rooms were spacious and the view was great. Really cool to watch the clouds roll in and back out again fron the balcony. Rooms were as per the pictures. The reception staff was friendly, and the buffet breakfast was pretty good for the price. Location was excellent, mini mart across the road and several restaurants next door. Our kids loved the pizza place across the road. Highly recommend, good value for money.

No biggie, but it would have been nice to have "do not disturb" signs available. Sometimes cleaning staff were quite early and knocking on door. Only a small critique though.

Loved how they created dorms in a hotel to accommodate more diverse crowds. Loved that the heater was on the entire time in the room because Sapa can get cold. Location was great - close to cat cat village, white cloud cafe and to Sapa central as well. Used their booking service to book my bus back to Hanoi - that was easy too. Only thing I didn't like was how there weren't any staff present to share things to do around Sapa.
