Bonjour Sa Pa Hotel

They did not keep my booking and when I arrived the hotel was full .

I was not able to stay at the hotel

The rooms are big and cleans, the showers are modern and very nice, the staff is accommodating and very helpful!

We had no window in the room at all which was depressing, so make sure to book a room with windows!

The staff, the location and the restaurant options.

The hot water was good but no indicator and hard to adjust the heat.

Really lovely hotel. Highly recommend. Great location. Not noisy. Elevator available. Lots of space / very large room. Good value for money.

Nice quirt hotel famley run hotel.veru frendly.and helpfull.with every think

I don't know why there are any negative reviews at all for this place. The family who owns this place are extremely sweet people and way too cooperative. And the room that I booked was perfect. And Air conditioning had heating option aswell which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed my stay. And the plus point is they have elevator. Everything about this place was perfect. And this is my genuine review.

Nothing.. Everything was perfect..

Location was good, lovely staff

It was mold on the walls

The staff was so wonderful! I finished a sunrise hike summitting Fansipan and I asked if I could check in early after the cable car back down and I was able to check in mid-morning. I also was feeling a little sick the next day when checking out and they allowed me to stay a couple hours later. That was so kind of them! I greatly appreciated it! The room was wonderful and as soon as I arrived, the door was open and ready for me and the room looked amazing and smelled so nice! The room was warm enough for me in the winter and the shower was great. Honestly, if I were to stay in Sa Pa again, I'd stay here for the entire week. Price was great. Location was great. Everything was wonderful!

Nothing to say - everything was lovely!

I got upgraded to the deluxe room and extended my stay for another night as it was so good. The staff is so kind and they also do amazing laundry

location is good, very close and walking distance to fansipan station and nearby restaurants. They accomodate our request for early check in, and gave us 1 room upgrade. thanks and we appreciated it.

No Staff on the reception 24/7, however communication is easy with them thru Whatsapp.

The room is huge, bed is comfortable, very clean, good shower, amazing laundry service

The location is perfect, just in heart of sapa. It's a walkable distance from sapa station and sapa lake. The owner is kind and laundry is affordable. I truly enjoy my stay there ?

Good hosts, centrally located close to everything. Kind and provide answers and assistance to any question.

Some rooms have a slight smell of dampness, some due to lack of ventilation. Something suitable for a short stay of a day or two. The hosts give solutions

The location is perfect, near sapa station, restaurants, shops. The host , Ms. Trang/Chang and her family, is very helpful especially when we needed assistance for bus booking few days after typhoon Yagi, where bus services were suspended. She find ways to help us.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bonjour, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The place is incredibly clean, with a high standard of maintenance that was noticeable throughout my stay. The service was also top-notch—staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s ideally situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights was the laundry service, which was by far the best I’ve ever had. Everything came back perfectly cleaned and neatly pressed, exceeding my expectations.Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bonjour for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay with outstanding service.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is great- very close to lots of restaurants and with a wonderful view. The family running the hotel were very friendly and offered lots of helpful advice!

Clean good location Nice staff! We did check in in the middle of the night and they were very nice

You can hear everything between the rooms…

I like the room.. even though the balcony is quite small but we still can stand outside and watched the sunrise beyond the hills and mountain. little hotel but got lift, loved it. the staffs quite friendly.. they even help us rent a motorbike from next door. thank you bonjour hotel..

It's almost just behind the Sun Plaza Station & a 10 minute walk to the Moana Cafe. You can roam around the city center by just walking.

very spacious room and clean, worth the money and the location nearby sapa station.only walking distance
