Sapa Hills Hotel

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was wide and comfortable, the location is excellent, i wish i stayed more days there

Location and supportive staff especially Mr. Phin who spared no effort to support us whenever required.

This hotel has great views of the valley. Our room had a terrace with a table where we could enjoy the view with coffee or a glass of wine. The beds were hard but had really fluffy comforters, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, even arranging a shower for us after we got back from our trek the day after we had already checked out.

The onsite bar and coffee leaves a little to be desired, but Why Bar next door is excellent, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants that are easily walkable nearby.

Strange smell in the room

Easy access. Staff are very friendly and helpful and booked our site seeing tickets as well. You can access all the places by bike and very convenient. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast had good spread.

Noting in particular

The property was just in the city. Location was really good. Lots of good restaurants and cafe in a walkable distance. Breakfast was not very fancy but was OK to gain some energy. The bed room was quite big and the best part is the view of the mountain from the balcony. Staff is really really helpful and kind. Hopefully going to visit again.

Staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. Property is basic but well maintained. Lift is only from 1 to 4 floor and does not go to 5th floor but the mountain views are from the room was amazing. Overall good value for money

Breakfast is very basic. They kept margarine instrad of butter.

Location is good and the price of the room is affordable and friendly statfs

The boys at reception were friendly and helpful. Our room had an amazing mountain view. Mr Tran can arrange train tickets and treks if required.

The road is really busy all day which makes it difficult walking around

We had a little issue with the toilet. Its not refilling the water for flushing automatically so we had to put water using the bidet. But it was manageable.

The hotel has a great location with a beautiful view

I faced several issues during my stay. The elevator doesn’t go up to the 5th floor, and when I asked for help with my luggage, the staff member said he was unwell and couldn’t assist. Breakfast options were very limited, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. The corridors inside the hotel were also dark and not very comfortable. I hope the management can improve these points, as the location and view truly deserve a better experience

As a family of five, the hotel arranged two cozy and spacious rooms for us, both connected to a shared balcony facing the mountains. The view alone made our stay worthwhile — mornings were inspiring with the sun piercing through the fog to reveal green rice terraces and trees, while evenings offered sunsets painting the sky in breathtaking colors.Breakfast was simple yet good, and the location was excellent — just a short walk to Sapa Sun Station and several top-rated restaurants. This made it very convenient for us to reach all our planned trips without long walks. Overall, a refreshing and comfortable stay that suited our family perfectly.

Room/facilities were a bit dated

The mountain views from our room was absolutely amazing! The room was very spacious & wifi was sufficient.Quite near attractions & restaurants.Breakfast was nice.The staff in the reception was cheerful & always offered help.

- Great value- Friendly staff- Floor was very clean- Breakfast was good while limited choices (cp. below)

- Quite dated and not all facilities worked (needs repairs)- Lacked the mini bar that was listed- Very noisy as directly at the main street - The balcony door did not have a curtain so people at the hotel on the other side of the street could theoretically see us and from the early morning light came in- Placement of toilet inconvenient/next to shower stall, so hard for tall people to sit down - TV remote control and alarm clock did not work (staff fixed remote after request)- Breakfast choices were limited

Staff was very keen to help.

They offered several times the tours and I took one. Driver was nice but the vehicle was pathetic, safety issues ( tires worn out, suspension in bad shape, old model, manual shift gears). Was informed that the car will arrive in 15 minutes, but didn’t got 1.5 hours and when I insisted on arranging another vehicle, then I was transferred to another location in bike .5 km away to take the ride.Never book yours through hotels.

The staff were really friendly and eager to help out. The view was amazing from our room.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that we had to switch hotels part way through our stay.
