    Pros +

    • The location was good and the view was amazing. The vibe of the place was cozy and nice. Felt safe as a solo traveler.
    • During our winter trip to Sapa in 2025, my husband and I stayed at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa, and the experience exceeded our expectations. One highlight was dining at NOJ Restaurant, where the food was beautifully prepared and full of authentic local flavors — warm, comforting, and perfect for the cold mountain weather. The resort also arranged tours for us, and everything was handled professionally and smoothly, allowing us to explore Sapa with ease and peace of mind. Combined with the serene pine forest setting and the genuine care from the staff, our stay felt both relaxing and thoughtfully curated. A wonderful choice for couples who value good food, well-organized experiences, and a calm winter retreat in Sapa.
    • The Panoramic Villas are fantastic! The staff is incredibly courteous, particularly Hing wi at the restaurant. She speaks excellent English and consistently goes above and beyond to assist guests.

    Cons -

    • The cleanliness isn’t the best.
    • Location and Service
    • It was half a mile from the lobby, they had occasional shuttle carts going to and from the lobby picking people up, but we found ourselves having to walk long distances almost every day. And they dont let Grab or Taxi drivers take you to where the rooms are, as its a private road. Thankfully it didnt rain but i wont be staying here again. Everything else was perfect. Also they made it seem like the stays were individual bungalows but in reality you only get half the building and its not very sound proof

I’ve stayed at Sa Pa Jade Hill several times and always had a great experience. The resort is peaceful with beautiful mountain and valley views, fresh air, and lovely morning mist. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect place to relax, and I will definitely come back on my next trip to Sa Pa.

Best views i have ever had from a hotel, incredible breakfast buffet with amazing Pho, comfortable sleeping .

If I could give this place more than a 10, I absolutely would. Everything about Sapa Jade was perfect. The rooms were extremely clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly cozy. The heated beds were such a nice touch and made the stay even more comfortable. The hot water in the shower was great as well. The scenery around the resort is stunning (even though it was quite foggy during our stay), the glimpses we did get were breathtaking. What really made this place stand out was the staff (they are genuinely one of the best teams I’ve ever interacted with at any hotel or resort). From the moment we arrived, they took amazing care of us and helped us settle in. We had booked three rooms (two close together and one a buggy ride away), but they kindly upgraded the third room so all of us could stay right next to each other, something my family and I really appreciated :).We also had three birthdays in our group, and the staff went above and beyond by arranging surprise cakes and party hats for each one. They also arranged our private transport to and from Hanoi, and gave us great recommendations on what to do in Sapa based on the weather.Overall, I genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. The resort is beautiful, the town of Sapa is beautiful, and the hospitality here is on another level. I wouldn’t skip this place as it really made our trip unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!

The only small downside for us was the restaurant food. My family didn’t really enjoy the dishes we ordered, though to be fair we didn’t try any of the local specialties. We had a few vegetarians in our group and wanted to share dishes, but the vegetarian options on the menu were quite limited. That said, this wasn’t a big issue because the town of Sapa has amazing food — both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Some of the meals we had in town were among the best of our entire trip.

I took a solo trip to Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa for a peaceful getaway, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Surrounded by pine forests, gentle mist, and the refreshing mountain air, I had time to slow down, unwind, and truly enjoy the calm. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, making me feel cared for even though I was traveling alone. A perfect place to recharge, find balance, and fully embrace the serene beauty of Sapa.

A great location and beautiful, rustic luxury. Out of town but not too far. Very nice, cozy rooms (the heated bed pad was a nice touch) and great spa facilities. Great valley view ( when the fog lifts). Very good selection of food at breakfast. Amazing staff!! Everyone was so wonderful.

Stayed in the panoramic view bungalows which I thought would be separate units but they are attached to another room and you can hear everything from next door! Also I expected to get away from the noise but there was still a bit of noise from the road below and from the pig next door constantly squealing in the early mornings and throughout the day.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa – a place that perfectly captures the peaceful and authentic spirit of Sapa. Nestled among pine forests with stunning views of Muong Hoa Valley, the resort offers cool, refreshing air and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally attentive and thoughtful, making me feel genuinely valued throughout my stay. The cool Sapa weather, the morning mist, and a cup of coffee while watching clouds drift by – an unforgettable experience. An ideal getaway to pause from the busy pace of life and embrace the tranquil beauty of the Northwest mountains.

Amazing view from panoramic cabin over into the valley. The bath also has a great view and is a nice wooden bath tub. Nice restaurant, bar and cafe.

Sometimes the buggy takes 10 minutes waiting. And if they pick others up can be another 10 minutes to get the reception. The breakfast Buffett should have an espresso machine and coffee should be served by staff.

The bathroom and sleeping area were spacious. There were plenty of windows and a small terrace.

Located in the heart of the wet market, this hotel is perfect for those who want to pay a premium for the full catalog of smells only an authentic wet market can provide. As the lone building towering above the neighboring structures with single pane windows, you won’t miss a literal beat; the surrounding late night establishments provide abundant ambient sounds. You may dream of being at the center of a fever pitch drum circle in the heart of the urban jungle, but only if you wish to sleep before dawn.

Rooms were charming and unique, and we were upgraded to a panoramic view. The first two days we were in the clouds, but on the third morning we woke up to a breathtaking view. The staff was kind and the restaurant was great. The location is also a plus - right between Sapa town and Ta Van village, making it easy to reach both.

the room wasn’t very clean (dead insects on the floor, used slippers instead of new ones), and it was quite far from reception. Although a shuttle is available anytime, it made access to the main areas a bit inconvenient and less spontaneous.

The location and the views, you feel immersed in the forest. The rooms are great and the staff súper friendly

Our room had some noise in the terrace from the huge construction that is being done close to the hotel, but is completely out of their control

    10RoiPosted on: 9-20-2025

Great restaurant and breakfast, quick and effecient amenities like in-room dining and laundry, shuttle bus service to Sapa 3 times a day (~10 min to the stone church). Entices you to stay in the balcony in the room for hours looking at the view!We loved that they bring little cookies with thoughtful cards every night! We stayed in a valley view bungalow - note they are a bit far from the lobby and restaurant, but for this reason the hotel offers a free golf-cart service, we never waited mroe than 5 minutes either at the room or the lobby. Also if you want to walk, the grounds of the hotel are amazing and it is about a 15 minute walk with views, plants, birds, insects, and horses if you are lucky!Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Sapa, and will definitely return!

The view from Mountain View cottage

Beautiful surroundings but not for you if you’re looking for serenity and peace. While this hotel is marketed as family-friendly, it unfortunately isn’t ideal for guests traveling without children. Noise is constant throughout the property, and staff did not step in to manage it.During dinner—despite the premium prices—we found it impossible to enjoy the meal due to continuous loud screaming. Even after mentioning it to staff, nothing changed, and we left taking the dessert to the room.Sadly, this experience left us disappointed, and for this reason, we wouldn’t choose to return.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Jade Hill. Everything was truly impressive the food was delicious, the rooms were cozy and beautifully designed, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views made it a perfect escape. The only small issue was the language barrier, as communication in English could be improved. However, the overall experience was so good that it hardly mattered.I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and I hope to come back again soon!

Such a nice property, and with great views

The rooms are a little far from the lobby; but the shuttle was awesome

Clean, beautiful Mountain View, great staffs

The office, the pool, restaurant, massage are too far from the bungalow.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Sapa Jade Hill Resort and felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel boasts a lovely location, providing breathtaking mountain views that truly enhance the stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the amazing food. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey that I looked forward to every day. I would especially like to mention Ms. Tam, (Reservation Manager), who went above and beyond when I fell very sick during my stay. She was incredibly helpful and kind, and even accompanied me to the doctor’s clinic when I needed assistance. Her caring nature made a significant difference in my overall experience.Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.
