Golden Villa Sapa Hotel

All great, stayed there for a week. Breakfast was good, their Pho was amazing.

Nothing. Pro tip: omelette here means fried egg. If u want an omelette do a hand gesture of mixing the eggs, then u’ll get omelette :)

The beds were large and comfortable, room itself very clean and large

The hot water in the shower only lasted temporarily before turning cold. Not could for cold climate. Window behind my bed was broken and could not shut letting in cold air as well as sound fromLoud street performances making it difficult to sleep.

Looks good from outside

1. Lift was small and had a sound.2. Room and toilet dirty3. Breakfast was terrible.

Hotel is within walking distance to the main attractions and lots of eateries nearby. Reception staffs were quite friendly and the morning breakfasts had lots of variety.

Please fix the elevator, many tourists encountered issues with it as there was no control on the doors closing.

no have..

broken door.. very cold... shot time hot water..not engouh all, so i got changed hotel but they don't refund hotel cost..

Breakfast is good. The reception also very kind to upgrade our room. Thank you!

Personeel was wel vriendelijk

Rooms were not very clean, tiles were dirty, gum on the floor, cracks in the wall, airco was loud. It was also very noisy, children were playing early in the morning. Breakfast was till 8:30 am. They advised us to come to breakfast at 6:30am. I’m not coming to breakfast at 6:30 am on my vacation. I will not recommend it.

We love the breakfast buffet. The range was a lot and mostly local food which we enjoyed so much. Reception was also very good and efficient. When we leave, reception even help us to arrange for taxi and helped to inform our next destination to the taxi driver.

Temperature for hot shower not consistent. Sink is a bit stuck.

The staff, breakfast check-in early.

Heater is good, the location is good too. comfortable beds

there’s a foul smell in the lobby area and the passages. i think it’s from the kitchen.

Good location not too far for walk from bus stop and kindly staff for early check in no charge.near sapa lake and local market

Should have chicken noodle for people dont like to eat beef .

The staff were nice and friendly and the location was great. I booked with booking.com since the price was much cheaper. I showed them the booking reference number and they asked me to check in and pay later. Breakfast was great and the restaurant staffs were lovely. when I was checking out they told me they have cancelled the booking and I have to pay the full price! it was a bit disappointing.

the bathroom was very damp and covered with black molds and had strong damp smell. I asked them to change my room and had the same issue in the new room. Then noticed black molds on the restaurant walls. when I checked with my friends they had the same thing. Also they ignore your booking through booking.com and charge you the full price!

location
