Regal Sapa Hotel

They are very accommodating and the location of the hotel is really great and near the center. The rooms are spacious with a just price. Breakfast is amazing too!

Helpful staff. Liue is very kind and easy to approach. He made our stay really comfortable and enjoyed our three days stay in Sapa! If ever I go back again to do some trekking I will def stay there again.

Excellent location between the bus terminal and main part of town, super close to a real supermarket and handfuls of restaurants. Owner went above-and-beyond to make us feel welcomed and held onto extra bags while we did a 3-day trek.

One room was overlooking the street, I enjoyed the views but light sleepers might want earplugs or ask for one in the back (which was silent!)

The host is phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable. Set everything up for you. The rooms were nice and clean. Bed was a little hard, but that’s normal. The breakfast in the morning was a great value always made fresh.

The only small complaint I have is the beds are a little harder than I am not used to, but I would definitely recommend this place. The value is unbelievable.

The staffs were very friendly specially the manager who often asked how are we and try his best to help us.

Great location between bus terminal/market and church, not far from lake. More 'local' things like supermarket and super chill foot massage / haircut places nearby. Super kind host that kept luggage while I did a 3-day trek.

This hotel was great, was clean and comfortable the owner/manager is super friendly he even went on a jog with us! and the rest of the staff was great too, breakfast was good, location is near most of the relevant things in Sapa. Overall would recommend especially because it was so affordable:)

Stuff was very nice

There wasn’t buffet like in the picture. Room was dirty, bed with hairs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped my group with the tour and provided extra water for free. The location is indeed exellent, very close to the restaurants, convenience store, local market and central stadium. The breakfast was also delicious. Really happy with the trip and accommodation.

The facilities were clean and the staff are very accommodating. They will also help you with with your tours. The location was also good as you can walk from the hotel to the sun plaza and the market.

This is a very lovely hotel with a wonderful staff who goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one! I felt like I hit the jackpot staying at this hotel. My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, and they even did my laundry for a very reasonable rate. The location of this hotel is perfect as well. They can book tours for you, and also they can help you book your bus tickets for onward journey. This was one of my best stays in Vietnam! Book your room at the Sapa Snow Hotel, you won't regret it!

Lovely rooms, breakfast and facilities with great location in central Sapa. The hotel owner was fantastically accommodating, organising a hike to Ta Van for the next day and brought a driver to deliver our big backpacks to us so we could stay at our homestay in the village. When we came back into Sapa on leaving day we could store our bags and use the bathroom before departing. Very kind and accommodating!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. We checked in at 1am and it was smooth.

Beds were comfy although a bit hard.

We got there at 5 a.m. and were able to check in without any extra fees. The staff was also very friendly. I'd definitely recommend it!

Maybe my favourite accommodation of my Vietnam trip. The owner, Lieu, has been so helpful! I arrived much later than anticipated and he managed to get me on a tour the next day and he gave me great advice on what to do in the area. The rest of the staff were really friendly and respectful, too!

Clean, large rooms. Basic but, good breakfast in the morning. The staff and the hotel owner were very kind and helpful. They gave us extra waters and towels. They even let us store our luggage for free overnight while trekking and offered us a shower when we returned to pick up our luggage. Convenient location in Sapa town. Would recommend.
