Sapa Paramount Hotel

The room was full of mold, the bed sheets were dump, was not clean. Over all very disgusting place, left after the 1st night because couldn’t stay there longer.

Sapa paramountThe sapa paramount hotel was overall a below average experience. I’ll start with the positives, the location is central, the staff is kind and friendly, the laundry service was affordable and timely, the bed was relatively comfortable, and the view from the lake view rooms is beautiful. However, there is an unusual smell in the hotel, the doors are paper thin which leads to constant noise at all hours of the night and early morning, and the water in the shower was mostly cold.

Staff were friendly. Bed was good and clean. Not too far from restaurants but need a bit walking

Light in the bed was broken. Toilet was not very cleaned.

The family and staff are amazing! Truly lovely people.I stayed with them for nearly a month.Booking one night at a time... Aha.Very family friendly hotel /hostel.Highly recommend staying here.Thanks for looking after me and tell Su I say hello. ?. ?✌️ ?. ?.

Great location, super kind staff. I also did my laundry with them and it was great. They let me leave my stuff there when I want to stay at a mama. We had a private room. No elevator but the stairs are easy to walk up

Lovely owner and host, very helpful with local info and arranged for me to join an amazing 2 day 1 night tour. Great tour guide, Vinh, as well!Highly recommend staying here and going on this trek to remote and authentic regions north of Sapa.Also got laundry done in the same day, so fast!

A couple guests were coughing and making noise all night, they should know better and get a private room. Not hostel’s fault

Great location, near the center.The bed was comfortable, with curtains for privacy, and the room had lockers. Towel and shower gel available.Tours and buses available to book. Very hot water.Breakfast available for 100k vnd (tea/coffee + fruit + pancake with mountain honey)

Only one bathroom in the shared dorm (8 beds), which had the toilet and the shower/sink separated by a wall who did not go all the way up to the ceiling.The room was cold at night.The towels could be better.

The staff was super kind! The manager even lent my husband a coat to go up to Fansipan!! We had a day of bad weather and stayed in bed all day overlooking the lake and mountains. Breakfast each morning was fresh fruit and crepes.

Only thing that we were missing was a fridge, but it was so cold outside that we set a few beers and sodas out on the balcony to stay cold lol

The staff is very kind and approachable.. I like the size of the room and specially the view you can see the lake and mountain..

I visit last december and its really cold one thing i dont like is the water heater. every night the heater is off and it back in 8 of the morning so we waited 8am to take a bath coz its really cold.

The staff were super lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice hot shower.

Staff was friendly

The room felt dump and there was no AC remote control. They showed us the room with the view and it looked really good, however you needed to pay in order to upgrade and we were only going to stay there a couple of hours

The price was good for a short stay, the room was spacious. The staff were helpful and nice.

The location is uphill and hard to access. and has a bit of a dark motel vibe but overall was a good hostel, and worth the price.

Hard to find, and locate. My biggest issue if when it's dark, the hotel has 0 lights on its building. I arrived 4:30 am as daily bus does. Couldn't find the hotel for 3 hours. To datk.Even other days after check in, if night, walk right past it. If the owner is penny pinching to save electricity of lighting up a sign, he is also making his hotel invisible or abandoned looking.

Staff helped carry my bag down to where the room was. Had a good view of the city

Room had like a smell, bathroom sink was full. Up a steep as hill so not good if you’ve got lots of luggage.

We had a really good experience here. The hotel is quite close to the town but not in the busy and crowded area. Rooms were good and clean. The staff was exceptional. I forgot to extend my stay left the hotel on a trek and had to change the booking while I was away and the manager assisted as soon dropped a message. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in sapa !! Breakfast was pretty good too.
