Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa

Clean, organized and very warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff members were all very kind and provided great customer service. I enjoyed that it offers a quieter, more peaceful space just a short walk to town. Incredible views! I hope to return in the future !

The hotel is nestled in the clouds it such an amazing experience. I loved that is what a bit outside the crowd of the city center but still super close to walk to everything. The staff was so helpful throughout our stay and assisted with organizing all our activities in Sapa .

Would suggest to have breakfast run until 10:00 rather than 9:30am - to allow you to do a bit more sleeping in the comfort of the room.

Everything. Amazing view of Fansipan and surrounding mountains from our room. The hospitality was excellent. Easy walk to town center and away from noise of town. Beautiful and Large and comfortable room decorated in mix of modern and traditional decor.

They should provide disposable slippers instead of reusable ones.

The staff were great and professional. The hotel lobby wasff nicely decorated but the room and hotel was old and outdated. Much better and cheaper options available in sapa Also location wasn’t super central

everything was perfect

Staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. It is in a quite location at the end of the street but very close to city for easy access to activities and shopping.

Not the greatest at cooking Western food like burgers. Fries were very good.

Graet staff. Big rooms, good hotel restaurant and breakfast. I had a problem with the lights in the bathroom and the the air-conditioning, but both were fixed in a reasonable time.

The place is amazing in terms of quality — the rooms are huge and beautifully designed.The view from the rooms is breathtaking.The service we received from the staff was exceptional,especially from Lori, whom we’ll never forget :-)We got a super late check-out free of charge and received great explanations about the area.They also helped us organize all our trips at excellent prices.

The spa has no steam room , could be nice for a bad weather

A very elegant and peaceful hotel full of local charm, with a balcony overlooking the little train and beautiful mountain views. The staff member, Lori, was incredibly helpful, all our needs were perfectly met. We are extremely happy and will definitely come back here the next time we visit Sapa.

A beautiful hotel with spectacular views of incredibly stunning countryside. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was just excellent, a wonderful hostess and flawless service.Dianne hosted our stay at the hotel, she was brilliant, super friendly and very helpful. Dianne gave us great advice on and booked us on some wonderful tours. Her advice was spot on; she checked in to make sure all was well and that we were enjoying our stay numerous times during our visit. Kudos Dianne.

It was outstanding - no faults

The hotel is beautiful and the location is brilliant! It feels like you're miles away from anything, but it's just a short walk to get into town with hundreds of restaurants, shops, coffee, and a lovely lake.When we arrived, they had upgraded our room to a Jr. Suite, which was very large and comfortable and had a big balcony to enjoy the beautiful surrounding mountains.

Breakfast selection is adequate, but not exceptional

We had an amazing time at Aliana Boutique Hotel Sapa! The room was super spacious, the views were beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. Just a heads-up: there's a step at the spa entrance that's easy to miss, so be careful. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This was a lovely hotel, close enough to town to walk but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Great view and lovely rooms.
