Location is very good and staff are very helpful. The price is also very attractive besides the hotel located nearby restaurants and there are many attractions nearby

The location is superb. Staff are friendly and lots of variety in their breakfast.

The breakfast is not prepared on time, 6:30 is the breakfast time but it’s almost 7am when it’s totally prepared and the crew at the live cooking station showed up. Also, they dont change their menu. Although, there’s a lot of option to choose from.

Restaurant for dinner and great breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location.

Excellent location right next to most of the attractions basically Sapa Square. Sun Plaza, Sapa Train Station to Fansipan is right next to it. All shops and restaurant are around it. Not much of a hiker/trekker or backpacker or biker. Received everything that I paid for. Received a room upgrade too. The people at the reception provided excellent service and customer support from all ends. They really are committed people and treated me with respect and kindness.

strategic location, close to various main attraction in the city center, such as Stone church, SaPa lake, etc and only cross the street to Sun Plaza building, starting point to Fansipan peak.room and facilities are clean, adequate amenities, but the best is the staff who are very attentive and beyond expectation assisting us.

maybe because we cboose superior room only, the viee from balcony is facing the neighbour wall. We dont stay a lot in the room anyway.

The location was perfect, at the Sapa Square, every major tourist place was nearby, hardly 10-15 mins on foot.I would like to appreciate the staff for taking our request into their consideration for giving us a room with balcony facing the square! We woke up everyday with beautiful views!

The breakfast menu could be better, especially for vegetarian and vegan followers.

I like everything. It is clean, comfortable and staffs are very friendly and helpful especially a guy called THOMAS THUC (FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR). He is always asking if we need help or something. I highly recommend this hotel.Thanks and best regards

Nothing to be honest

Breakfast is really good, location is perfect and receptionists are friendly, accommodating and pleasing, Thanks to Thomas,Jayce and Kelvin, you guys deserve an applause.

The Deluxe triple room facing the city is perfect, bed was comfy, breakfast has many choices, the staffs also nice and very helpful. Best location, just across the Sunplaza Sapa Station. My big thanks for Ms. Yuna (FO Manager) and Jayce for helped us to find alternate transportation as our limousine from Sapa to Hanoi cancelled by agent in the very last minute (due no car available even we bought it one month before our trip start!!!). You knew how panic I was at that night. Once again, thank you much.

Location, ,ovation, location - simply can’t be beat when staying in Sapa.Very quiet room due to both layout of the floor I was on and very solid construction.

The room (one bedroom executive city view) only had one window which opened to a back alley. Although extensive cocktail menu in the bar, no draft beers and limited bottle options.No cold glasses for beer.

Location of the hotel is amazing. The staff were very obliging and any issues we had they were quick to try and resolve. Also the staff spoke very good English and advised us on tours. The breakfast was good and wait staff excellent in the restaurant and sky bar.

We had problem with our hot water. The staff were quick to try and resolve it but we had a few cool showers before it was really resolved.

The highlight for this Hotel is the breakfast. Im so amazed by their food selection and everything is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They give us takeout breakfast for our last night because we have to checkout early in the evening to catch the sleeper bus. Very good value for my money. Very convenient location close to the center.

Le quang huy is very good person. He arranged our all Tickets like fansipan,and arranged motor bike,and provided all the information about the sight seeing in sapa. Hotel loction is very good. Center of the town.... highly recommend ?

Great location, clean and modern hotel.

Possibly understaffed, breakfast tables were not cleared for a long time.

Beds were comfy

Staff was not consistent with information, for the calibre of the hotel as advertised we expected far better. We found that staff weren’t approachable and weren’t hospitable.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Enjoyable experience. Nice room with a good view balcony. The balcony door is soundproof so no problem with noise. The staffs are so kind, friendly and helpful. Easy to walk around the hotel area since its the heart of Sapa. We both women walk at night safely. Will come back here if we go to SaPa again.

The room is nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok with good options of bread and pastries. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is right in the heart of Sapa. We can see the church and the square from our balcony. We had dinner at the hotel and it was also very good.

The property is very central and right beside Sapa station

Very poor noise cancellation. Was able to hear other travellers conversation along the corridor and the noise from outside won’t stop until post midnight. So really bad sleep

There was a large range of breakfast foods and a large dining room to accommodate multiple guests. While there was a large variety it was the same for both mornings of our stay.

Upon check-in the requested room type was unavailable due to being over-booked. They tried to split our family group up (3 rooms booked) by sending one of our rooms to their sister hotel nearby. We dug our heels in and ultimately they shifted another solo traveller from another group but this was only after an argument / negotiation with management and staff for over 1.5 hours.
