The View Sapa Hotel

Beautiful view from our room overlooking the mountains and rice fields. The hotel is well located with two restaurants with good prices and good food. Nice fireplace in the lobby and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and the room was modern and clean. I highly recommend it.

After our plans changed, we booked this hotel thinking it would be for one night. As weather didn't allowed, we ended up staying another night and the owners went above and beyond accommodating us and making us feel welcome. The location was continent, a few minutes walk to the city center. The room was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. We even got upgraded to a room with a nice view of the valley, which was a pleasant surprise.The breakfast selection was big and everything was fresh and tasted good.Overall, high value for money and a great place for someone want a quite and nice hotel in Sapa.

The location is ideal—just about 1 km from Sapa town and within walking distance to Moana Sapa, so getting around was easy. The rates are very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities. We especially appreciated the warm water and the small but cozy pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The front desk people are very accomodating and easy to talk with. Service is very nice and room is clean.

Friendly staff. Away from the city center but still a lot of noise since there were dogs barking across the street the whole night, the toilet made loud howling everytime someone used it (in the other rooms as well) and you could hear every customer from the corridor. The cleaning could have been better.

The location is not in central Sapa, so had to rely on taxi which was expensive. No menu available in the room to order food. The View from my room was pathetic

The heated outdoor pool was great to enjoy the view of Fansipan mountain range. The staff are so friendly and helpful

We got a free room upgrade for free! We ended up with the Executive Suite! Thankyou.

Electrical wires sitting in water in the bathroom. Location was a bit out of town.

The property was good value for money and has spectacular views of the mountains. The town was only a short walk away, approx 10minutes, but it is up quite a steep hill so keep this in mind.

There was a cockroach in our bathroom.

Breakfast was decent. Pool and view was good. Location good. Staff were nice.

Stayed 6 nights. Out of the 6 we stayed in 3 different rooms. 1st room on lever 4 was was dirty, bed sheets dirty, mould on the walls, room stunk of just mould. Rats running around in the walls at night. 2nd room was still dirty, I don't think the cleaners know what a duster is. Sheets again stains on them. Woke up in the night with 2 rats running around in the room, turned the light on and they ran up the curtain into a hole above the aircon. This was level 4 again.3rd room. Same as above but minus the rats ?. The spare bed in this room has a massive piss stain on the mattress which you could clearly see through the sheets. Dinner menu at night, they only had around 10% of food available. Chickens outside are constant and start around 3am in the morning and don't stop.

The hotel is at the edge of the town far from the noise of the center, the view is amazing even with the side balconies. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor pool is heated to just the right temperature.

We had a little trouble with the staff who didn't understand English, but still had a great stay.

The roos is spacious and clean.

The lobby's furniture is both old and dirty. The 95% of the food on the menu is not available, which is very disappointing. The staff needs to learn more English since they have foreign guests also. The noise level in the hotel lobby is high.

The pool was nice and warm good for sapa colder climate. And the beds were really comfortable

Staff was very helping. They dining staff also gave us freedom to cook our own meals. They tried to accomodate vegetarian meqls

No vegetarian options in breakfast or in menu

The environment good! Near to moana! Always accessible to public transport in front hotel! The staff very helpful! The breakfast is good too for affordable room rate!
