    • Nice big hotel with awesome family room for 4.
    • Location was good. Room was a good size, beds are very hard though. A bit noisey. We had a garden view room & if it wasn't dogs barking at 3am it was the rooster waking us up.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast - some of the food was cold
    • Need to climb slope and steps from the Sapa Halal restaurant
    • Staff weren't friendlyBreakfast ended too earlyThe pool hourse were restrictive 6 - 9am and then after 4pm... annoying if you have kidsThe resteraunt was advertised as open but they closed it without advertising it so.

We loved the indoor pool, it would have been more convenient if it opened earlier but we were grateful for the access to it regardless. We enjoyed the pho for breakfast and we were in quite a useful location. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning.

The pool access hours, it really should be available from 10am - 8pm like a normal hotel. The hotel is very busy on weekends until early Sunday afternoon.

    Pleasant staff

Beds were hard. Sheets & bed spread had stains. Room size was small. Overpriced!

    It’s clean.

Breakfast- some days there were a lot of food and drinks not being refill. The rooms were outdated and not worth the amount of money we paid for the hotel.

    3ThaoPosted on: 6-21-2024

It was located in a nice area

For the price that I paid, they could afford more comfortable beds. The beds were so hard, it was like sleeping on cardboard.

Spacious, nicely furnished room and bathroom. Immediate hot water in the shower.Beautiful view, few minutes walk from main walking area/ restaurants/ shops.Good hotel to stay

At certain days/ time can be very crowded during breakfast due to organized tours. The restaurant is spacious and the food is always there just lots of people. Keep in mind to climb up the hill or stairs to get there :).

The property's location and the view from the balcony of the room to see the mountains are amazing things. Also, it is in the city's centre so everything is just a walking distance to reach and explore. I loved staying here. Thank you.

    I liked everything.

The location was perfect! It was just out of the hustle and bustle, but a short walk to plenty of great restaurants.

The pool has weird and short open times.

Good location and views. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly

They don’t advertise that the pool is only open from 4pm-8pm - not exactly a useable facility. The pool is also completely enclosed - windows often shut so condensation is very bad like being in a sauna. Beds were rock hard not comfortable to sleep in at all. Breakfast was very disappointing - we arrived at 8am to find no fruit, pastry’s or juices left and when the chef was asked for more fruit they only brought out a plate of watermelon. We did complain to staff who dealt with it very fairly and gave us a refund.

    Location

Breakfast was terrible, Also busy due to asian tour groups - could not even get a seat.Beds were rock hard I might as well have slept in a caveWould have spent more elsewhere if I knew this but the standard for 4 star is certainly lower in Vietnam

The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The beds are hard. Nothing new in Vietnam, but be prepared.

    9JuliaPosted on: 4-6-2024

Beautiful welcome decorations in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent views and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Although the room was very clean and beautiful the mattress was rock hard, so found it a bit hard to sleep.
