Everything no complaints this is one of the many stays I had in vietnam and it was by far the best looking back on at my trip. Even making this review months later. The family took really good care of me were super helpful. English friendly. Great spot for solo female travelerGood view overlooking the squareGood food next door just up a hill but this was a good spot after a week on the loop

The bathroom was extremely small and cramped. The pipe for the hot water burned my leg. The wood slats for the shower were broken, and the shower door handle was broken. The beds were also pretty stiff.

Smallish hotel, good value. Tam at reception was very friendly and helpful.The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There would have been a nice view had the weather been better. It could have been cleaner but it was ok.Breakfast not included but lots of options in the town.Laundry was cheap, quick and came back fresh and nicely folded Main issue for me was the location. It's almost above the centre but to reach, it takes a climb of over 100 steps. We were able to get grabs back, so not a major issue. Just be aware if you are not good with steps.We didn't arrive until after 12 o'clock at night.I had informed the hotel but the night porter was fast asleep and we had major problems waking him to get into our room.
Tam at reception was absolutely lovely. I was ill and she was wonderful and kind to me which is what I needed thank you ?
The location was very good. Walking distance to restaurants. The AC also worked as a heater. Staff were very helpful booking as bus tickets.

Good value for money (~USD28 per night). Spacious triple room. The two comfortable chairs and table were a very useful addition to the room. Comfortable bed. Pillows weren't too bad. Reception staff had little English but went to great lengths to sort out any problems. Quiet location with short walk to town.
No breakfast (not necessarily a bad thing as you can find something interesting in town). Fridge wasn't very cold. Quite noisy on weekends. Some mould in bathroom.

The rate/room does not include breakfast so nothing to rate about breakfast. :)Sapa was still on FULL WINTER cold during our trip. We wished there was a heater in the room or fleece blankets were given. We love that restaurants and even Sapa Station is just walking distance from this hotel. To sum it up, we had a very nice and lovely stay at this hotel.
The best was comfortable and the location was good. The room was clean and bright.
The shower down needed repair and there were odd wires running in the corner of the room.
