Sapa Centre Hotel

Nice location and clean room and nice staff like Dua Lipa and Selena Gomez

Excellent, clean

Very beautiful and comfortable room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location as well!

Dua the receptionist is a gem, she made me feel so welcome and insured everything went well with my stay. The room was clean and it was nice having a restaurant downstairs. The AC/heater was strong and the view out the balcony was lovely.

Nothing, great stay

Very conveniently located at the Center of Sapa, near shops, restaurants and Sun World Plaza. Staffs are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious.

the hotel is convenient, its in Sapa town center so its near to tourist spots places. Also the staff can speak english so you don’t have to worry for communication, they are approachable also.

The overall customer service is superb. You can feel the genuine & warmth accommodation of Ms Selena, Dua Lipa , Martin & Team. They even gave simple surprise for my Uncle's birthday. Will definitely stay again in Sapa Centre Hotel when I visit Sapa again (maybe in March on my birthday).

None that I can think of. Everything's excellent!

The staff and the location. Also excellent restaurant.

Clean bed sheets, friendly staffs, location good

I liked everything. Selena and the staffs were so accomodating to all our needs. They also helped us in booking our cars for our sightseeing trips. The staffs were so approachable and the breakfast food was also very nice with a lot of options. Overall I liked my experience in staying here and would recommend this place to other people too. Would love to come back and stay bere again.

The location is very accessible to everything in Sapa. Situated just a few meters from the Sun Plaza and to the many restaurants, shops, and tourist destinations. The staff, Dua Lipa + others were very fun, warm, and accommodating. They even offered us an early check in. We got 2 spacious rooms which just sit next to each other and with an amazing balcony view of Sapa Center. Breakfast was great.

The staff were kind and helpful. When I reported the refrigerator not working, they offered to store my items in another fridge, but I preferred having a working refrigerator in my room for convenience.

This review is intended to give an accurate picture of this hotel, as many of the reviews I read before booking gave me a different impression. While the hotel is very affordable, it is not a true 3-star property by American standards. I would classify it closer to a 1.5–2 star. The property is in need of a deep cleaning. The caulking around the sink had mildew stains and areas that were completely black. The in-room refrigerator did not work. The toilet paper didn’t fit into the holder because it lacked the hollow tube, so I had to place it wherever I could. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly—it would fill up and take a long time to empty.I didn’t report the sink issue since my stay was short, and I didn’t want the hassle.

The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from Sun Plaza, where the train to Fansipan departs.Cafés, souvenir stores, and trekking gear shops are conveniently situated nearby. The staff especially Ms. Dua were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. The room and the bathroom were spacious, larger than the standard size, and featured a private balcony with a seating area.

The lighting in both the room and bathroom was so dim that it felt as though we were inside a tunnel. It wasn’t a major issue for us since we spent most of our time outdoors, but if you plan to shave or do some reading while relaxing, good luck! The owner seems to be aware of the problem but hasn’t taken any steps to fix the dim lights.

The location was central in town and surprisingly very quiet. The staff, especially Ms. Dua, were exceptional in their helpfulness and professionalism.

Located at the center. Our family had a great stay. The breakfast was also good. Selena was so kind and helped us with our tour concerns.

Staff and location were great. Price was good but room was a little small and needed a detailed cleaning. That is all.I am done.

room was a little small and needed a detailed cleaning. No more to say.No more to tell.
