please review my booking with you bec. they decline our free breakfast, I didnt argue anymore bec. i cannot recall my bookings since its almost 5 months already, please notify me if i really missed the breakfast

good location in the center. just walk 5 mins to plaza sapa station. the interior of the room make it warm in winter because mostly wood especially they have a bed-heater, sleep with warm bed is 100% nice. we got 2 big bed for 2 people, mostly for 4 people, we only 2 so thats huge comfort for us. the toilet also so far nice. the breakfast food is soooo perfect, they have Pho Ga (vietnamese) also korean food, they have kimchi OMG. this hotel just good. actually its a big long hotel, but the design from the door and receptionist feel small hotel.

our heater AC making disturb sound, i think thats old AC but thats so annoying when we wanna sleep. so end up sleep without heater AC. maybe you need to fix it. we only stay 1 night so we dont have time to complaint in the night, we tired already. but at least the bed-heater helping make us warm sleep.

Great place to stay if you’re always out and about. Close to Sapa Station. The staff are very accomodating. Overall, very affordable. Food was great. Will definitely recommend this place and will surely stay here again

Good view from Hotel, check for Mountain view rooms here.They also have balcony to chill in the mornings while enjoying the view.Washrooms were good.We were given early check in for no charges which was very kind of them as we arrived early morning in Sapa.Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety.Its just across the centre of Sapa Station and main market.

I like how the quality is the place to stay. Very clean and comfortable m. Staffs are accommodating! The value of money and the service, perfect!

Location near to Sun Plaza, since we come for Fansipan.It's just distance walking from hotel.We come in late Nov when the weather freezing cold and the hotel provide heater in the lobby, as well as on our bed.Staff really helpful, they allow us to store our luggage in the hotel after check out and use their toilet.

The Room View and breakfast selection quite good, Location is also good near a lot of shops. Rooftop is also nice you can explore. Decided to walk around the area, and stay at the balcony for a nice cool view.

The jacuzzi usage is not free, and quite expensive, Have to reserve in advance for they will prepare the jacuzzi

Location is close to everything. Walking distance to popular spots and attraction we wanted to see. Budget friendly and breakfast buffet was a bonus.

Shower was leaking. They tried to fix it but it was still leaking.

We booked a corner room for 3 nights, and it did not disappoint! The view was fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better — right at the center of Sapa and within walking distance to everything, including Sun Plaza.The staff were very helpful, especially in arranging transportation from Lao Cai to the hotel. Everything was smooth and convenient.Overall, a great stay — highly recommended for those who want comfort, convenience, and a beautiful view in Sapa! ?✨

For our stay, we got the Family Room with Mountain View. The room is spacious, the beds are big, and the bathroom is also spacious. What I really liked about my stay at Phuong Nam is its proximity to the city center! Sun Plaza/Sapa Station is less than 5-minute walk, Stone Church, and their plaza are very accessible.There is also a store literally across the hotel that sells bags, clothing, shoes, and souvenir items—all at reasonable prices.You also won’t worry about where to eat because there are also across the street & even beside the hotel.For transportation, you can always book Grab to navigate around the town. We were able to go to a supermarket to buy coffee & snacks for souvenirs also. It’s much cheaper to buy the supermarket. Sapa also looks so lively with all the lights at night so you won’t feel that it’s located up the mountains. I wish I could explore Sapa more in the future. I hope to come back.Will definitely stay at Phuong Nam again.

Attractions are nearby. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is delicious.

The hotel is good but the staff is somehow off.

I hope the staff can be aliitle bit friendly. I am with my parents and the receptionist is unfriendly as we ask for a favor. It is saddening to explain it to my parents with their unfriendly reply.

Near to everything and amazing staff. Lets you keep yoyr luggage after check out. At night time, there are less grab/taxi. You can tell the reception to book or get you one.

Location, room view, simple breakfast buffet.

Terrace sliding doors wouldnt close all the way. Toilet area was a bit moldy.
