Pi’s Boutique Sapa

It is really 10/10 and the operator is helpful. I am able to leave my luggage with them before check in time & after check out, that is the biggest help that I could ever request. Large restaurant at the ground floor which I could grab food anytime and it is very convenient.Location is at the main street too, another plus point.

It has a restaurant downstairs thats really good. Staff were helpful. Found it very comfy, as I was sick and spent most of the time in the room.

The location was a bit outside the centre, but still okay. I thought it was a bit expensive to have some basic things that don't work, like not a single door in our room closed and the front door couldn't be locked with key.

The property is beautiful. Food is good. Service is 10/10. I loved that they accommodated our request for change of dates, free of charge.

Staff are very friendly, special thanks to Mary, one of the best staff she is also well versed in English, their food is also delicious specially the pizza, prices are affordable, location is very near to the Sun Plaza.

Elevator is an issue but I wouldn’t mind it since we had a great experience

Everything about it, Hospitality, cleanliness, calm, internet speed, the staff was so kind, great restaurant, there are no words to describe or the beautiful experience that I tried with them. I can only thank them for this beautiful experience.

Foods are excellent and we love pizza the most. Staffs are also very nice & helpful.

Only smoke from kitchen came into the room might be odor absorber is not work. And my family booked family room but it just has air condition in 1 room.

Quaint decor. Restaurant serving wood fire pizzas. Very helpful staff to pack us breakfast as we are leaving at 645am before breakfast is served at 7am.

There was a power trip for 15 mins.

Nice location, comfortable and you will get 10% for lunch and dinner at their restaurant. The room is superb and very well maintained

We stayed at the 5th floor and the water pressure is low. They asked to move to another room but we dont want to do it. Therefore, they allowed to shower at anothet room which is superb

Biggest standout was the staff. From arrival to departure they went out of their way to assist in anything we needed. Good sized modern room with a walk on balcony. The breakfast included was freshly made for you and we ended up eating there for two of the nights as the pizzas and pasta were so so good!!

Unfortunately we arrived when there was a spell of cold weather so the hotel was freezing throughout! Uncomfortable eating breakfast and dinner and our room did not seem to heat up at all so we woke cold every morning. We were situated above the ground floor so a lot of noise from the kitchen area every morning.

Location is good: near the center., easy to find

I booked the studio room with mountain view (6 people) with a special promotion, and also sent mail to confirmed with the hotel in advance. I sent that we will stay 4 people in that room and ask for checkout late with pay extra.The hotel noticed and confirmed that. But when I came, they downgrade my room without telling and sold the room to a new guest. I got double room with city view for 4 people instead. When I reallize, I went to reception to asked for my room. They pretended that I did a mistake untill I showed my photo of the room and booking, I complained that the hotel was dishonest. They just said sorry that was their mistake and they compensated me with checkout late free afterward. (If I didn't complain, I gonna pay extra for the cheaper room + check out late.)

Great place to stay! Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Food in the restaurant was quite good, a little on the pricier side though. We had booked a Mountain View room but since we arrived early, the available room had a partial view. On asking the staff about it, they were happy to change my room to the adjacent one which had a great view. I had a very good experience staying with them and they were very helpful throughout the stay. I even rented a bike from them which was in pretty good condition. Location is perfect, it’s just a 5 min walk from Sapa square. Would recommend this place if you’re staying in Sapa.

Really helpfull and nice staff, especially Me. The location of the hotel is good and it also has a nice restaurant on the lowest floor. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Close to the Square and only 650M from the lake and then not much further to the town and great local market the location is very good. The room was ok, no chairs on the balcony and a TV that did not plug into the wall. The complimentary off menu breakfast was good on weekdays but over the busy weekend became a Vietnamese buffet.The staff have little to no understanding of English but try very hard to get things right. Over all I fell the hotel is let down by managements attention to requirements as a side the TV other things stated as being in the room like wardrobe were not available. We questioned the TV and were told it simply didn’t work. As mentioned the staff did everything they could to get things right and brought us chairs for the balcony and additional bedding.
