Location was great

Could not get ice. They advertised a Sky Bar but they're was no bar open.

even though we booked a room via booking.com that promised a view (city or inner courtyard), they told us that our room didn't have any views until AFTER we checked in. it felt like a joke, as both our rooms had a balcony completely covered by an exterior wall that obscured natural light. they were able to switch one of our rooms to one with a view but it was a terrible view of a decrepit building so it didn't make much of a difference.on top of this, my friend encountered 2 roaches in his room.

The Azalea Sapa Hotel was the highlight of our trip. We spent a truly wonderful time here enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location. The staff were amazing, always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent, prompt service. The rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptionally good. If you're visiting Sapa, you need to stay here.

Azalea Sapa was a beautiful boutique hotel. It was alittle gem in the middle of Sapa town. Walking distance to the center it was very conveniently located. The room was so cozy and comfortable. Beautiful interior. Super clean and we loved coming back to the hotel after a long day of exploring the town. The staff was very kind and helpful. After experiencing Hanoi we felt that people in Sapa were way friendlier and kind. Specially the hotel staff. We felt the difference. It was indeed an excellent stay and I highly recommend the hotel.

There was nothing to complain. If I had to say something it would be that the breakfast spread could’ve been a bit better. But it was not a problem for us.

It was on the perfect location, just a 3-5min walk towards the city center and the iconic Sapa Station. Accessible to all the nearby coffee shops, restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Just the wash bowl is separated from the toilet and was in the corner of the room.

The hotel is brand new, beautifully and uniquely designed, and extremely comfortable. The rooms feel spacious and modern, and the beds are super cozy.

Some glitches with the room assignment, excessive pre-arrival messages, and the mountain view mostly faced the building next door.

The property is new and modern. I Love the rooms, the big bed, delicious Vietnamese breakfast and the foot massage!! We felt really taken care of by the staff. All of them were very hospitable and kind. I suggest to book their private transfers from Hanoi for faster travel. Views from breakfast area were spectacular.

Maybe the layout of the shower in our room since it can get wet everywhere and it can get cold in the shower area also because the door is just a swing type.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in the local Sapa traditional style. Everything feels new. There is an amazing smell throughout the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great TV. The shower is amazing, spacious and has instant hot water with great water pressure. The lobby offers good-quality massages at low prices, and they were always available when we wanted one. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, just a short walk to the central square, yet far enough to be quiet.

There were a few small cockroaches-like insects at the bathroom when we came back at night. They were always at the bathroom and not more than 2-3. It didn't change our experience at all but something the hotel should look out for.

Foods cooked healthy diets, fresh and delicious.The service was extremely helpful, they go beyond my expectation to set up a surprise birthday preparation upon my arrival.The odours inside the room was beautiful providing relax senses.The uninterrupted views from balcony and bathroom looking directly to the mountains were amazing...Ms Nga at the reception is very professional, politely, kind and supportive of all our needs ❤️. Other staff members are well handled as well...Overall, I highly recommend any visitors to check in this hotel for great experiences as I do.

We liked everything. The hotel is new, it was really clean. We booked deluxe room but they upgraded us to suite. Thank you! I could say that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed by far. The staffs were really nice and helpful. The location is perfect. If you are planning to go to Sapa, you should book this hotel.

This is a lovely boutique hotel just outside the main square. The rooms are well appointed and look exactly like the photos, but we did experience some minor difficulty that give one pause regarding returning.

We had a very large group and despite making arrangements beforehand, the check-in was still problematic. They were only willing to provide one key per room and charge individuals for what would be minor in fractions at other hotels: a dirty pillowcase, a missing pair of slippers, a dirty Washcloth.

The room was clean & spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection. Distance not too far out of town.

It is near Hoan Kiem, and there are many shopping and food restaurants.

It's a room on the 6th floor, but when it rained, I couldn't sleep because I heard the sound of rain falling on the rooftop too loud.

Good Staff, evening shifts need to be trained better. Please have water always available regardless of the time.
