Pros +
- I like the view,and swiming pool
- The staff is very friendly and kind especially the lady at the reception Ninh. The room is well lighted and the view from our terrace is amazing. Breakfast has enough choices though there’s no hot chocolate which is commonly asked esp if you have kids with. We had an extra person in our booking but they did not charge the extra breakfast anymore. If given the chance to come back to Sapa will still book at FVH.
- We liked the service, cleanliness of the room and hospitality of the staff especially Isa! We also liked the area because the neighborhood was not noisy.
Cons -
- The water in the shower, sometimes hot and sometime cold! Even if the shower facilities have been used to TOTO
- Nothing but it would be better if there are variations in the selection of foods served for breakfast.
- Early in the morning the fire alarm woke us up. We were in a rush going down using the stairs from 5th floor down to ground. Turns out it was a false alarm and they have faulty exhaust in the kitchen

The room, the view, the pool, the food, and especially the staff, everything was perfect ?
The room was amazing..the view was gorgeous..the roof top pool was heated and perfect for the weather..the location was perfect ,not exactly in the town itself hence you avoid all the hustle and noise..Better yet the staffs were extremely accommodating and friendly..10/10 for me..
Big comfortable beds, beautiful view. great tub, and delicious breakfast!
There were loud guests in the middle of the night, but the management dealt with them very well, thank you for helping!
Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Ms. Linh was extremely helpful and friendly.
During checkout, card payment machine didn't work and we had to pay in USD.
friendly, helpful staff.staff helped with bus booking, cable car booking, bike rental.neat and clean room .beautiful view of FaFansipan.
The room was very spacious and clean. The view was nice when the fog was gone. The staff was very friendly and nice. There was a pool that was nice with warm water. Breakfast was good, we could check in very early in the morning for free if we added a breakfast to itFor us it was more pricy comparing than the rest of the hotels we visited in Vietnam.
Price wise it was a bit different than the rest of Vietnam
All the staff so nice. The view was amazing, its near moana cafe only walking distance?
good food good hotel good service good pool
everything was great I hate nothing about it.
It’s just 4min walk to Moana Sapa! Staff were so helpful and nice ? Infinity pool was great and it’s warm, we enjoyed swimming. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Room was crystal clean and big. Our bed was sooooo big and comfortable to sleep in with big TV too!
I had a very interesting trip in Vietnam, the hotel I stayed in was in a very good location, the room was very nice, the surrounding facilities for eating, restaurants and entertainment places were near the hotel. The air here is very fresh, the people are very friendly. The receptionist supported me a lot about the things I wondered about herethe best choice for you is this hotel for your trip and your family. Thank you and see you again
I don't have problem with this trip
Luxury hotel, located in a high position, so here you can see the view of the clouds, sky, mountains and forests. The room is beautifully decorated, airy and fully equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable, helping me relax after a day of wandering around. The hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool with clean water, where you can relax or check in to take virtual photos.
I really like it here, worth everyone's experience
They allow us to early check-in without additional fees, we arrived at 7am and they let us in even tho standard check-in time is 2pm. Room is very spacious and fully equipped. Everyday room service and change of bathrobes and towels.
