Pros +
- I love my breakfast! Simple yet so delicious, it's a simple banh mi with a hot milk on the side. Perfect for cold mornings in Sa Pa! I miss it already.
- I had a bad experience with the management. They sent me a message and asked to deposit 50% of the total cost of my supposedly stay with them. Unfortunately i trusted them much and transferred the money to the account name and account number they shred to me. My bank successfully transferred the money but they still kept telling they haven’t receive it. To my dismay I cancelled my booking and look for a much better hotel stay. I am hoping that the money I transferred will return to my account. If not, its a lesson learned on my part.
- The atmosphere, the tranquil place and friendly helpful staff.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good (egg and chicken banh mi). The pool table was in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable.
We loved our stay here! It is close to the citycentre (max 10 minutes walking). The accommodation has a lovely bed, we slept so good. The shared bathroom is very clean and the breakfast is good! The owners of the homestay are so kind! On a clear day you’ll have a beautiful view because you are surrounding mountains and it has a lovely balcony. The communication goes through google translate. We would definitely recommend this!!
We loved everything!
the beds were so comfortable and it was exceptionally clean, and the host was lovely
nothing!
Lovely rooms, beautiful shower, comfy beds. The owners were so kind, allowing me to leave my bag overnight while on an overnight trek, and even inviting me to eat with their family. However, they do not speak English, but not an issue with google translate. Absolutely perfect stay.
Maybe a little far from the main town for some, approximately 9 minute walk?
The room is very cozy and the bed comfortable. The shared bathroom is clean and I loved the heater above the showers! Every morning at 8am you get bred with egg which was perfect for us too!The staff is very friendly and communicating is working easily with google translator
Really good value for money, bed very comfortable and shower facilities are very clean and well looked after. Heaters in room incase you’re cold and heaters in showers too. Staff were so nice and allowed us a very late check out at no extra cost. If you’re looking for affordable accommodation for a night or two you can’t go wrong.
We were there when the weather was the coldest in January and we’re very grateful for the hot showers, heating lamp in the showers when changing, and electric blanket in the bedrooms. They had a lovely pool table as well, breakfast was good! Great location and lovely hosts. Has a very enjoyable stay
Our stay was lovely, hotel is very clean and staff very polite. Gave us free water and breakfast was a banh mi and tea
It takes a while for them to open main gate, need to message them on booking.com, otherwise everything was excellent
The facilities were great. The room was cosy and most importantly, the shared bathroom was clean! The staff were really nice but there was a language barrier so I had to use a translator with her. It wasn't really much of a fuss and we still managed to communicate well with one another.
Nothing I can think of.
Good accessibility to the center. Comfortable bed.
A lot of moisture in the room and humid air.
Good team at homestay, really helped us, we came once really wet and they helped us a lot.Nice breakfast Good value for price
Not the ultimate position in sa pa
Really good value for price, we came back once really wet and they helped usBreakfast is ok
Not the best place at sa pa
Cool, unique place. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful views. The owners were super helpful. No English but happy to chat via Google translate. Let me check in immediately when I arrived early, and hang around the terrace reading long after checkout until it was time to go for my bus, and even offered to drop me at the bus stop. Location is good, a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, and very quiet at night. WiFi was fast though no security (use a VPN).
Water pressure in the shower was very low, and lighting around the bed could be improved.
The rooms were good, although the staff did not know English at all, they were very kind and careful. They were very nice and let us keep the bags while we traveled in Sapa even after check out.
No one of the staff know English. It was tough because every request (towels, breakfast) requires using Google Translate. In addition, it was a bit far from the city center considered to other hotels, and has no special view due to a hotel that blocks the view from the homestay. Breakfast was minimal - egg sandwich, coffee for extra fee.
The owners are friendly and I love the design « wood only »
Our room was very humid, I don’t know why but it was impossible to dry our clothes inside after the rain
The host was lovely, I contacted them at 2 a.m. and they called me immediately to help us find the homestay. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and airy, the view was direct to the mountain.
The property is very well equiped. The room and bathroom was nice. You can play pool for free. For breakfast we got banh mi and our daugther didn’t eat it. The owner offered pho soup next morning. I really appreaciate this effort. The property is 5 minutes on foot away from Sapa center. It is quite place.
The owner is really kind, but doesn’t speak english at all. But we were able to speak via translator. The room was very humid, but the ac helps to absorb it.
