Cheap and good value for money. Very good breakfast.

Far from the center. Uphill walk if you want to reach the center.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sapa Grand Hills Hotel. The room was spacious, giving plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. I also really liked the room aesthetics—it was well-designed, modern, and visually pleasing. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore Sapa and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The only downside was the limited vegetarian options at breakfast. While the food that was available was fine, having a few more vegetarian-friendly choices would greatly improve the breakfast experience for guests who don’t eat meat.

It was a frustrating experience. We left a bag with clothes on the floor and the bag disappeared. I told two employees about it and nothing was done. I hope hear from the hotel soon.

The breakfast was great and included in the price. Also has many variations of different foods. The location is close to the center of town can walk easily. The room is spacious as well with a nice tub and shower.

The road is a little dangerous outside with big trucks and cars.However, I was disappointed that at checkout, we were suddenly charged for snacks we didn’t have. This happened right when we needed to leave quickly to catch our taxi to the bus station, which made the situation stressful and left a bad impression at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay.If the hotel improves transparency with billing, it would make the experience much better.

Helpful staff. Comfortable room with balcony and nice view. Simple breakfast.

The staff are excellent, and the accommodation is what we extended for another day with this hotel. and the food are great specially the receptionist she can speak English and very helpful thank you so much

Such a nice place to stay with family, big room we all can open our luggage and put it on the floor. Room is clean and nice. Got breakfast provide by hotel, nice tooo. Affordable price with good stay. ❤️❤️

It is located just outside the Sapa city center - less noise, and potentially able to avoid the jam in the city center when visiting villages to the south, but still near enough to walk to the city center.The staff were helpful in arranging transportation and tours for us, as well as helping to resolve any issues that arose, though it may depend on which staff.They agreed to pack breakfast for us for the day we had to leave early in the morning.Rooms had heater/air-conditioning, which was crucial in winter.The massage service was exceptionally good (the best we’ve had in Vietnam) and reasonably priced.

The pillows were too flat.The sheets were a bit dirty.The safety deposit box needed to be reset/unlocked by the staff before it could be used.

The room is very good value for money. Wide and clean room. Aircon have a option of heating which was great when we stayed there. The breakfast buffet was so good! I compliments the staff that are so nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

It was worth the price. Breakfast buffet is the best! We were a group of five people.

Everything was okay except the supplementary things like water, tissue and etc. We stayed for 2 nights but they didn't replace the tissue. It would be better to replace the supplementary things everyday.

Its very spacious. We where upgraded to 2 connecting room which is good as we are a group to 10. Room included breakfast (breakfast buffet are basic but its ok as you will go around to try local foods)

Cleaning staff was very honest. They dared not keep the tips we left in the bathroom basin table

Very unethical owner Mdm Luu. 2 hours after we checked out, she belatedly cancelled our stay. I received an email from booking.com that my stay was cancelled because of an invalid credit card. Jeez, we had completed our 3 nights stay n full payment was deducted from my card 6 days before we checked in. Property owner’s Cancellation was , I suspect, to pre-empt my pending negative review of her transport arrangement. In booking.com site, no stay was recorded thus I wasn’t able to post review. I had to report to booking.com to enable me to review. Better avoid such dodgy n unethical operator. Choose those with good reviews to have a peace of mind holiday

Breakfast choices quite limited. Did not look appetising. Did not try.Booked 1 room for 5pax, got 2 connecting rooms.

One of the bathrooms had faulty shower door which could not open fully. Glass door gets stuck by floor likely due to top hinge being loose.Door was not fixed although they did housekeeping and entered the bathroom.Some staff could not understand English and even through Google translate, it was hard to communicate. This was quite frustrating trying to check in late at night after travelling from Hanoi to Sapa.

The rooms are large and of high quality. The staff at the reception desk and the restaurant are nice. The breakfast is good. It is a good thing that the hotel is away from Sapa's town centre which is too touristy in a bad way. There is a nice view from the roof terrace.

The tiled corridors and marble staircase transmit a lot of noise from the dining room. The door between the dining room and the staircase should have some sound proofing and have an automatic closer.Our room was supposed to have a window but it looked out to an unpleasant patch of land on the side of the hotel.

Great rooms...new and clean...big beds....huge bath tub...good value for money. Staff are great....good breakfast.... location is perfectly a 15 min walk to the city .....loads of restaurants and massage places. They even accommodated late check out at a reasonable price.

The balcony view was obstructed with a huge tree so we missed the clear view of the valley n mountain.... the street is super noisy with traffic.

The location is near Moana and 10 maybe 15 minutes away from the town. There are a lot of cafes and massage spas nearby as well. Breakfast is in buffet setup and the service is exceptional.

Spacious & clean room, is located away from crowded areas. the Reception is helpful with arranging local hiking and transfer to Hanoi.
