I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality—definitely something to look forward to each day. The hotel’s location is also a big plus: very convenient, accessible, and close to key spots, making it easy to get around.Overall, everything from the service to the cleanliness, food, and location exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Lovely spot close to bars and restaurants.Morning breakfast, whilst nothing outstanding was pleasant with coffee and juices.Reception staff and doormen were very kind despite a lack of English; a smile goes a long way in my eyes. (:The design of the hotel and rooms was cozy but still modern.

THE POOL ISN'T HEATED A major reason I booked here was due to the lovely looking infinity pool overlooking the mountains... But if it's minus 4 Degrees, basically a gigantic icebath with a stunning view. The AC in the room would turn on and OFF throughout the night, and would wake up at 3 am to the heater blasting without any explanation.

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Soleil Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa.We arrived very late in the evening, almost midnight, and we are extremely thankful to the staff for smoothly arranging our late check-in. Despite the hour, they welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable right away.We booked two rooms, one on the 6th floor and another on the 9th floor. Although there was no elevator going up to the 9th floor, it was absolutely worth it because of the beautiful view at the top. The 9th floor is a villa-style accommodation with connecting rooms, and it was very spacious, perfect for our group. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet, which is something I always look for when booking hotels.I would also like to highlight the exceptional service we received during check-out. Unfortunately, the driver we booked through Klook for our transfer to Hanoi refused to take our luggage and arrived with a very bad attitude. The hotel receptionist immediately stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and quickly searched for another vehicle that could take us to Hanoi. Though the same company arranged another larger vehicle, we are very thankful to the hotel staffs for their assistance as they are very quick to respond in these kind of situations.All the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and always smiling. Even though we booked the hotel through Booking.com four months prior to our visit, the hotel had already been assisting us from the very beginning, which made us feel well taken care of.Thank you to the entire team at Sapa Soleil Hotel for your outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

It is located at the heart of everything wherein you can just walk to anything you desire. The triple room we booked is also spacious for us so I like it.

Before this stay, I received two scams via WhatsApp claiming it is this property. I had to verify it to them using Booking. I guess my reservation with them was leaked to some hackers, so please be wary when you book here.

The place is a short distance from the town center so mostly walked during our stay. There are shops and convenience stores nearby for some shopping, bottled water and snacks. The room is huge and clean. There were 3 of us but could comfortably fit 6 people. Breakfast is delicious and the view was breathtaking. I would book this place again and recommend it to others too.

Their 2-BR villa is Actually just 1Br because the other BR is part of the living room /Common area . Also restroom is only 1 (for 2 BR suite)

The location of the hotel was great, right in the town of Sa Pa. I originally booked 2 rooms but the hotel did agree to change to 1 room which cost the same as two rooms. The room was quite spacious and the beds firm .

The swimming pool was right up another mammoth flight of steps which was fine but there was no one to provide towels or provide us with drinks whilst we were there. And you could see the trash bags thrown away in the long grass behind the hotel which was an eyesore. Also there was a step from the lift on the dining room level that was black and you cannot see it and I nearly did a header straight into the lift. Did make mention of it to the reception staff that they should put up a caution sticker as they can result in an injury.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was amazing. Big and stylish. The hotel has a beautiful infinity pool with amazing mountain views. Breakfast wasnt amazing, but so are most breakfasts in Vietnam. The lobby and the view from the street looking in, dont dissclose the beauty of the upper levels, where you can find the pool, the breakfast are and the pretty balconies facing the view. Its like there are 2 different hotels. Its completly diffrent from the 6th floor and up. Very surprising little hotel

Its walkable distance around 10 minutes away from sapa station/ good breakfast/ friendly staff/ clean place / lots of shop, massage center, restaurant around. We will definitely come back

Very beautiful, clean and modern. Wonderful views! Nice pool, but very cold. The breakfast was ok, not many options for vegan.

I specifically requested a quiet room. People were partying on the 7th floor terrace which right across from our room late at night and when we called reception he said he doesn't speak English. Then they put a family with three little kids next to us who were doing ding dong ditch all night and early morning, and were running around screaming outside our room. The pool has a close time of 7pm, so the 7th floor terrace should have a close time as well. And do not put guests who requested quiet next to a family room that sleeps five!

Friendly and accomodating staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Beds are massive. Location is really good - good restaurants around the hotel, walking distance to Sapa station. There are lifts, so its easy for us as we have elderly parents and kids on this travel.
