Staff were friendly friendly, you could tell that it is family operated. The overall premises were quiet and the views from the rooftop were amazing. The breakfasts were fulfilling with an assortment of fresh fruits and bread.

The bathtub could use a shower curtain to prevent the bathroom from getting wet.

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff which is the family are very kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Breakfast was very good. We mostly ordered the banana pancakes and chicken pho. There were a lot of drink options: We got coffee and passion fruit juice.

The only thing we struggled with was the hot water. During our second and third stay, the hot water in the shower was inconsistent at night.

The hotel is well located, close to the town centre and a good base for hiking and visiting Mount Fansipan. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple, and staff English was limited, but the stay was comfortable overall.

The staff were amazing, very friendly & helpful, went out of their way to make you feel welcome & made sure everything was ok. The food from the onsite restaurant was really nice, breakfast was great. The hotel is in a great location, shops, restaurants/bars around.

The property has a wonderful terrace that overlooks the valley, being able to see fansipan in the distance.The hospitality is very kind and personal

Bathroom was not in great shape, moldy grout and somewhat musty smell

This locally owned hotel is a great value. The service here is excellent. They made us feel welcome and took care of our needs, including booking local tours, calling cabs, and accommodating my mom's dietary restrictions. The view from the top balcony is fantastic. I'd stay here again.

It's a little noisy due to construction nearby, which is only temporary. The rooms are a little dated but clean and spacious.

The stay was good and perfect. Got the room that is very spacious and convenient. The staff was very helpful and kind to assist me whenever i need to ask for help and suggestions for places. They assisted me with calling the tour bus provider. Would love to come back and stay there for future visits. Overall the stay was good.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Food is great. The hotel has it’s own restaurant on the ground floor. Location is walking distances to other businesses and shops. The staff have english speakers.

They didn’t clean the room every day. We have to ask them. That’s ok because many hotels do not clean their rooms everyday since Covid.
